Qyp Hozuki is no where near as over powered as Kaguya... who seem to rise up from extinction. How do you figure? Gaara would have killed Kimimaro fairly easy if not for the cursemark. But I do agree with the extinct comment.

Uzushiogakure was destroyed during an unspecified time of war, although it says that Uzumaki clan members were scattered around the globe, meaning that the clan is not extinct.
The Uchiha were also wiped out, every last member, but was brought back by popular canon demand. It is possible that some Uchiha were away during the massacre, and simply settled elsewhere, but this possibly is very small, and would not constitute the revival of an entire clan, although a select family of Uchiha would be plausible. The current number of Uchiha, the only one being myself, supports this scenario. Another possibility is that, being that the Senju and Uchiha were distantly related, and the Senju eventually genetically changed and created new clans and abilities, notably the Uzumaki, that the Uchiha may have been bred into other clans, then resurfaced later in the 800 years.

Well... Narutopedia is a copy/paste of what happens in the manga and anime...
According to it, the Kaguya were a bunch of barbarians that went to war for fun, and would rather die then retreat.
And oh and Shikotsumyaku was exclusive to very few Kaguya...
So my story of the new Kaguya being a clan of experimentation through Kimimaro's DNA makes more sense if you want the Shikotsumyaku.
Oh and Sasuke... Uchiha... revival of clan...

That's all I'm trying to get across. The comment was made about how one clan was brought in from extinction. I brought forth two examples of clans that should be extinct but aren't. One person can't repopulate an entire clan without being related to him, thus, the guild rules are broken since every Uchiha would then be a descendent of Sasuke. It clearly states that we are not to be related to any Naruto character. I'm honestly not trying to start any fights, but if you're going to go through the effort on trying to disprove me, than can it at least be so for ALL clans that are banned/should be banned instead of picking and choosing them? sweatdrop

I believe a lot of the banned stuff was when Ken was a very active member and very involved. He probably said he didn't want everyone to be descendants of Naruto... I bet a lot of the old crew agreed. But now that we know the Uzumaki clan still has remnants around, I guess someone could make a legit clan of FUUIN experts.
I believe they would be +Fuuin and +Constitution because they have long life.
It should be noted that the 4 Uzumaki that are known were all powerful because of well... the most powerful sources of chakra possible. I believe they naturally have small chakra reserves.
Yeah, now that Sasuke is basically the bringer of doom, Uchiha doesn't seem all that logical to keep around. But because two people currently have well developed Uchiha characters, I believe it might as well stick around.
Oh and Mini is writing up some novel-size history for them.
Yuki clan, you will have to talk to Proto about her precious Hyouton. Though I really do think her clan should just be changed to the Yuki clan.
To be honest... i think someone should make a character in Konoha who is the current "Slug Princess" Apprentice. Doesn't have to be a Senju either (Me and Proto talked about this briefly...)

Uchiha is most likely to have been completely wiped out, but since we have current members we can't just throw them out now, although maybe it would be a good idea to say there will be no more Uchiha ever and just wait for the characters to die off. What was the original reason that Uchiha were established in Oto?
Yuki would be reasonable to bring back, I think people used to fear its god-mod potential so it was banned. Yuki clan's kekkei genkai was known only as Ice release, the details of which was unknown.
