Tara and Tien stayed in the sky as she watched this, Dorien's laughter making the hazel eyed girl edge closer to her brother. Tien grinned, his silver eyes flashing as he said, "Well, well Dorien...was that part of your plan as well?" Tara said nothing, only tensing in reply.

Merlin shrugged, ignoring Tien for the time being, her expression unreadable, Unlike you, I do not have the weakness of running away from my emotions. Now that he is of my bloodline, his role changes, his abilities will probably shift as well, he inherits from my line. He is not a vessel because that is not what I wish him to be. She smirked at him now, As for your other vessel, they will always be your weakness, it is too bad for you Dorien. She stood now and brushed herself off, "Ah, here she comes."
Magnolia surfaced on Dorien's roof, "Oh....I must be interrupting something."
"He is still quite mad at you, I believe." Merlin warned
Magnolia nodded, Dorien, I think I have a way of getting my memories back....but I'll need your help. Magnolia managed to get up on teh roof. She approached but stopped a modest distance away, If you want to find out who that woman is still. I know you're angry at me but frankly I don't are anymore. I apologized for what I did, explained it was unintentionally, and I'm still learning. There is nothing more I can do so I'm not goign to let it bother me anymore. I still find you fascinating, just so you know and being all scary looking isn't going to change it!
Magnolia laughed mentally and asked Dorien privately, Have you ever had a girl be in love with you, Dorien? I think this is the beginning, what will you do? Run away as usual or will curiosity get the better of you?

Dorien still had the grin on his face although his eyes had returned to their icelike stare, Just don't forget Merlin, I created him. My blood shall always be with him. Prepare for the consequences to come. he took a step forward smirked, And who said I would use another living being? There are more ways than one to deal with such a small problem. A rather scary thought, but he still appeared to be emotionless, not even a flicker of life in those eyes still.
Even when Magnolia appeared. He continued to look forwards, listening to the crazy woman talk.I know very well how to do that girl. And that foolishness earlier is nothing to me. I don't care for mortals.
He didn't reply to the fascinating part though. It disgusted him beyond measure, and Merlin's thought would have easily drove him insane, if he hadn't separated himself from feeling such things. Just because he regained his positive feelings didn't mean he knew how to use them.
Merlin, I warn you now. You may have been His favorite, but you are not mine. Don't play your games on me.

Tyran brightened considerably as Melrin talked, although the colr drained slightly when Dorien began to speak, a natural reaction really. What did he mean by consequences? Did the boy really want to know? Not at all...

Merlin sighed, I would never dream of such a thing, Dorien, I have great reaspect for you. However, sometimes you do not act your age. Sometimes your lack of emotion turns out to be lack of sense. Tyran could have been a very powerful underling for you and yet all you used him for was a thing to hold your positive emotions. What a waste of talent. I apologize for complicating things. She meant it, "Now if you don't mind, I have a mouth to feed. She turned away from Dorien and turned towards Tyran, "Let's get you some food, shall we?" She lifted him up gently so he could stand on his own feet.
Magnolia snorted, You've made that clear enough, Mr. Dorien. Are you going to help me or is your absolute hate for those who don't live forever going to stop you? If so then I'll keep my memories to myself. Magnolia folded her arms and turned to go back down the ladder.

Tyran looekd at her gratefully before nodding. She had gained his trust just as fast as Lina did, but now in a sense, he felt that they were more than just student and teacher. They were..family.

Dorien closed his eyes slightly. He wouldn't have been much to me. I never did see a future for him. if so, I would have made sure he was loyal to me alone. And with that he walked towards the edge, letting him drop and land lightly onto the street as he looked at Magnolia. Your of elven blood girl. You'll live longer than any human can ever think of. And the first thing you will learn before you regain your memory is how to be silent when I speak to you...and attitude will not be tolereated anymoe from me.. he said, already walking down the street.
It seems Magnolia and Dorien were going to see a lot from each other for now on....

Magnolia hopped down and fell into step with him, Mr. Dorien, I may be of evlish blood but I by no means pay fealty to you in any way. You expect me to respect you, then I suggest you do the same. This is the modern world, people who act like you may be feared and hated, I neither fear nor hate you, nor will I show you any respect if you treat me as if I was trash under your shoes! She looked up at him now, Ms. Merlin and Ms. Monaleth taught me how to have a backbone and how to defend myself after years of being abused and humiliated by a man I thought I loved and thouht loved me. I was too stupid, too scared, too young to realize that man who loves a woman never treats her that way! Her hair started to raise as her anger called to her power, I will not be treated that way again, I hope you understand that! If Dorien had a big issue with strong willed women, Magnolia and he wouldn't get along very well.
Merlin nodded and launched off the roof with him, "Let see if we can find you a suitable meal. Then we'll go back to the club and you can rest if you like." She said as the roof over from the next.

Bell turned around and began walking around the room that they were in. "So your telling me you have no plan?" She asked, looking at him from across the room, "That means that I am here for nothing." Her eyes fell to the floor. Large wings appeared from her back once more, "Then if you need me I will be out there." She said pointing to the blackened sky.
Her footsteps growing in length as she got ready to take off.

Dorien didn't mean anything like that. He didn't care about respect nor did he wanted anything close to fealty from her. He merely meant that bringing her memories back would mean taht she'd have to listen to every word he said. Everything. One slip up and she could lose all of her memories, including the ones she had now. Her anger only became an annoyance to him, nothing more.
He stopped walking and turned slightly, Keep your respect. Only listen to what must be done as this ritual begins.. He said simply before he continued to walk. The girl was quickly reminding him of the female elf he knew so well. She was just as aggravating and the one of the few he couldn't kill. Not because he cared, but because she was his equal in fighting. If the girl is Her descendant, then this will become more of an annoyance than I thought....

Tyran said nothing as he listened, nodding as he felt something within him change. There was no cold, nor did the visions in his head hurt him anymore. There was a sense of completion...of peace within him. And he was glad.

Lina looked at the sky as the wind blew around her, her eyes glowing white as she stood on the rooftop. Yes, she felt Troden's power and a few others that had been awakened. What was going on in this city now? Only time would tell...

Magnolia didn't voice anythign to that. She had misunderstood which was fine and perfectly normal. He was asking her to follow instructions....why couldn't he have just said that? Inwardly she shrugged and led Dorien to a dilapidated apartment complex. She stared up at the lighted window on the third floor. He's home.... She grimaced, probably got company. For a moment her confidence wavered, she was goign to face down the last nightmare in her life....and she had the most ornery, one of the most powerful vampires at her back. He probably didn't think of it that way but it was a fact.
Something ocurred to her, "That man I referred to earlier. That's where he lives." She pointed up at the window, "Where I used to live. I have to get something from there, something that may help, it's a pendant, I can't remember where I got it from but I have a feeling it's connected with my past. I hate this man with a passion and he may give me difficulty but I'm going to ask you not to kill him please. It wouldn't be worth your effort to stain your hands with his blood."
She found him a very lively young lady on which to finish feeding on, instructing him not to drain her.
