As Caine grabbed a pack of blood with his good hand, he suddenly had a jolt of realization. He had seen the other vampire before, right before he departed.
"Small world." he said, pouring it into a wine glass. and turning to look at the moon. It was majestic this time of night.
He sighed.
"I hate what I've become...but...maybe I'm just looking at it in the wrong context...these seem like good people...If certainly different than I."
He instantly bit his tongue. He was thinking out loud and that wasn't acceptable in a place that had more eyes and ears than an abomination.
He decided to browse the library archives...perhaps he could find something interesting there.

Felicity laughed "Well congrats then and yes I already knew it was a boy I had a dream last night which was weird cuz it took longer with Alexia...but yes he needs both his parents and not just one like Alexia basically had and still has."

Alice winced slightly as she got hugged by Van. "....Oww...." she said softly as she placed her hands on his chest pushing away slightly. Her face was red as she looked at the ground. "Thanks........um Van......." she said soft moving her long hair off her shoulders.

Shadow looked from the top of the stairs down to the new commer. He let out a sigh. 'More bloody new people.' he thought as he turned away and walked to the roof. He sat on the edge of the building that over looked the forest and lit a cig. It looked liek his quiet day was about to disapear.

Felicity smiled and took her hand "Alright...we'll go husband hunting" she said getting up feeling a little sick "umm one moment..." she said as she ran behind the tree and threw up.

Nadea smiled softly as she brought a steaming hot plate of spagehetti to her, "You want some bread and wine?" she offered and then seemed to zone out. 'Seems Shadow is going to have that talk with the missus sooner than he wanted to...' she thought as she looked a little into the future. 'going to be interesting too...' She snapped out of it and sat down at the table with Satsuki. "Well you came to the right place...although we have our fair share of drama quite a bit. But i assure you, all is taken care of accordingly. Have you talked to Vicky? She will see if we have a room for you."

Van sighed, seeing that he hurt her. "Of all the things I see, I didn't see that. Sorry. So your going down?" He helped her most of the way down, he didn't want her to fall, but he didn't see it happening. He put his hands over the wound again and held it longer. The radiation from his hand was warm. He then stopped and said "Now they should be much better now. In the morning if there not scabs, the bandage them, since I see two possiblities which means something could happen tonight, but less air will make it faster." Van sighed again, freaking himself out. "So, since I can't see it, what is our past?" He said sitting down in a chair.

Alice looked at him for a moment a little confused. She then felt the warmth on her arms. "Oh.......you didn't hurt me there....." she said softly with a smile. "When the tree stopped me.....It stopped me by hitting my side...." she said softly with a slight giggle, but then stopped when she felt a little pain. She smiled as she sat down at the table in the dinning room, looking over at him as he asked something about their past. "Well.......I know my own past.......But I don't know yours...." she said softly with a smile.

Shadow perched himself on the edge of the mansion. The wind picked up at that moment, lifting his cloak out behind him. He took a long draw from his cig. The scent of Marquis was strong inthe wind, he was getting closer.

Felicity wiped her mouth and headed inside to clean up. Once she reached hers and Shadows room she sighed and opened the door. "Of course he isn't here..." she said aloud as she walked in. After she cleaned up she walked back to the bed and sat on the edge "where are you Shadow..." she whispered to herself

Shadow remained perched on the roof watchign the forest. The world around him started to disapear. "Your stench fills the air my old enemy. Soon your time will come once more. You will lose just like you did last time we met." A grin filled his face as he said this to himself.

"Quiet night." He muttered to himself after he gave himself a papercut by accident. His arm was feeling a lot better now, he relaxed back into a chair he had found in his room and tried to warm himself as he dove into a particularly obscure collection of Latin poems.
He sneezed.
