Their having sex. Except the entire bottem half is clipped out. And he is sticking his fingers into the others' mouth. Saliva on the fingers suggest that he is pushing/pulling them in/out.
Honestly I'm not positive about the sex bit. Its a good guess though with the positioning. Only thing working against it is Blacky having his top on.
But thats not that big of an issue.
And come on...look at brownie - with his facial expression...
For the record it does not violate the ToS (Should anyone have been wondering) since no actual parts are shown. And its not like...something.
