[I slowly sheathed and unsheathed my claws, letting them sink into the ground over and over, as Cinderwing's fate was set. I'm not going to miss him, that's for sure. Frowning, I stood up, nodding to Lavenderstar. I felt some sympathy for my leader. Everyone seemed to be against her descision, when I supported her fully. Cinderwing got what he deserved. I was hit by a sudden thought, and froze. When I become leader, what if I have to exile someone? I flattened my ears, but shook my head and sat back down, keeping a watchful amber eye on the camp]

[I sat by Hauntedheart's den, my watchful green eyes taking in the whole scene. I couldn't say I was sad to see Cinderwing go. Squaring my shoulders as I heard Lavenderstar's order, I stood up and padded towards Brokensoul, keeping my head high]
"Don't start complaining. You might as well as get used to me being here, all the time, because I'm not leaving, for anything. So watch it"
[I bared my teeth slightly as I sat down next to the warrior, curling my tail around my paws, green eyes trained on the tom who had caused so much trouble]

[I sighed and padded back into camp]
"Lavender.... Lavenderstar"
[I began sadly]
"I- I couldn't find Rainpaw....
I'm sorry..."
[I sat down and lowered my head,
not even bothering to clean my face,
which had stopped bleeding]
[Rainpaw looked at Darkshadow
"D-Daddy? What do you want me to promise?"

[Darkshadow let out a furious hiss.]"Promise me you won't ever go back there.. Ever. They clearly don't like me.. And they don't like you because your my kit. Hauntedheart isn't even your real mother.. She forced me to keep it secret. Come with me, I'll tell you about it when we get to the outskirts."[He soon went invisible, and only Rainpaw would be able to see him.]"Come with me."

To hold back the tears until it's closing time[Rabbitkit stared at Sunpaw and Rainpaw as they left with watchful, critisizing eyes. Ugh, apprentices, he thought, The kit stood up, shaking the acumulating snow from his pelt. He didn't shiver though as a cold, relentless breeze cut through the clearing. He smiled. Thank goodness he had thick fur!
The tom began to limp toward the fresh-kill pile, but stopped, breaking out into a fit of coughing. His body shuddered violently as he did so. With each pained cough, a pain grew in his chest. When he was done, he brought his bad paw up to wipe drool from his face. He looked around, hoping that no one had seen what had happened, but he was pretty sure that someone did. He felt his ears lie flat. Great job, Rabbit. You're officially sick, he thought angrily to himself. He would have to go see Hauntedheart if it got any worse.]
[ooc:] Congratulations, NightClan. You have your first case of Whitecough for the season! Don't worry though, he won't die. I survived, I'm still alive
But I'm getting close to the borderline

Hauntedheart
[Hauntedheart smiled as Cinderwing agreed and stepped back slowly. She watched the tom leave and her smile slowly faded. She took a deep breath and turned around. Her eyes traveled to Lavenderstar and teh medicine cat glared at the leader, daring her to say anything. Hauntedheart padded swiftly toward her den, pushing past cats as she went. Hauntedheart padded calmly into her den and began to slowly sort herbs, sorting out the fresh ones and the ones that she needed to get rid of. She let out a long sigh and curled her tail around her paws.]
Silentkit
[Silentkit sat silently and pressed close against her brother. She tried to block out the yelling and her body shook slightly. She glanced at her brother, glad it was over. She hadn't known telling the truth would cause so much argueing but she knew that Guardianpaw and her had done the right thing.] "You okay?" she asked her brother.

[He meowed solemnly.]
[Rainpaw gasped, but then nodded]
"I didn't think so. She didn't feel like a mommy.
Her -love- felt different. It didn't feel
like I think a mommy's love should"
[He meowed.]
[He gasped when Sunpaw saw him]
"Sunpaw?! No! Don't come."
[Rainpaw raced to his friend and rested his cheek on hers]
"Sunpaw? I'm leaving, But I'll be back for you.
I promise you. But I also promised my daddy that I wouldn't go back.
My momma isn't there. Hauntedheart isn't my mommy.
You be the absolute bestest warrior you can be.
And then I'll come back for you"
[He promised her. Rainpaw gave her ear a lick
before turning and running after Darkshadow's spirit]
"Bye Sunpaw! Be the bestest
warrior for the both of us!"

What's going on. )) (( I agree. Cats have been switching Clans and running away waaay too much, without MY knowledge. I can't say the same for Timber, since I'm not her. Nor do I have her PM box. When something like this happens, we both need to know. For future reference, if something like this or anything else happens, let me AND Timber know. Thank you. And Darkshadow needs to limit his appreances. Most spirits can only appear in dreams. Very rarely do spirits- even StarClan- appear to cats. In the books, only a few times have StarClan warriors appeared to cats. As for my cat, Leopardstorm, she's been appearing, but only to one or two cats- Blood & Forsaken. Only to defeat Blood has she come back. It's in NightClan-StormClan border. The only reason she's appeared in actual NightClan was to Guardiankit, to tell him he needed to let her go and to get out of his depression. So, please, dreams only. And only rarely, at that. Thank you. ))
