A few moments passed and Kalore finally starting getting back to normal. Instead of being like most people and smiling when their mind stopped being all emo, Kalore just mouthed out, "You hate me."

It was very rare that Monty was shocked or surprised about things. Of course being around for over four thousand years, that does that to you until now. He was both shocked and surprised that Kalore would mouth such a thing. "What?!" He said, taken aback and recoiled as if he was hit with by a invisible force. "I don't hate you. Where would you get something like that?" He asked, truely perplexed.

Kalore didn't even blink at it as he pointed and mouthed out, "You've been acting like it for the past few days, since after I kissed you." He didn't like bringing up that little incident, but they may as well get over this now. "Sorry if I'm wrong, but it seems like it." Kalore felt himself going back to normal, this confrontation more important than Eri or the others. Why? He had no clue.

The demon had the sudden urge to get up and tower over Kalore like he would anyone else but he didn't. The demon had that same kind of urge to pace back and forth, muttering things in his native tongue to calm him down but he didn't do that either. "I haven't acted any different, Kalore. It is you who hates me so I keep my distance and treat you like everyone else, respectively." Why he felt the need to explain himself was beyond his understanding but this was something that needed to get done and over with so that the two of them didn't get arkward, even if it was already.

Crossing his arms, Kalore raised a brow, ignoring the slight pain as he mouthed out, "Hate you? How can I hate you? I've got no reason to. I kinda like you actually..." The elf had been through enough lately to just not care if Monty took it the way he was thinking or not. Kalore was finally stepping up and admitting that he might have fallen for the annoying demon, but he didn't expect anything from it.

Monty growled softly and crossed his arms. "You don't like me. Your just saying that so I won't kill you or something." He growled and furrowed his brows. "You have every reason to hate me especially for what happened at the Tower. I was out of line damnit." He bit out and looked away, counting to ten softly in his language to calm down. Sometimes he had a hard time believing people and this was one of those times.

Kalore looked around for some paper but didn't want to get up. Shrugging, he relied on Monty's ability to read lips. "You're right... You acted like an a** when I was trying to figure out why you did that." He paused, making sure that Monty was following what he was 'saying'. "But think, Monty. You've tried to kill me before and I didn't try to worm out of it. What makes now any different?"

Growling he glared at Kalore. "I told you my reason, elf. It makes all the difference now." He stood up and did what he said he would do and that was pace, muttering things good and bad, mainly bad only bad, words in his native language.

Rolling his eyes, Kalore crawled to where he was sitting and then stood up right in front of the pacing demon, not a very safe or smart place to be, but Kalore was past caring. "It's not different, Monty. I haven't lied to you yet, and I'm not lying to you now." Another pause. "What makes you so sure, exactly what makes you so sure, that I hate you and that I'm lying?" His arms were crossed, showing that Monty was going to have to use force to get the barely shaking man out of the way.

It wasn't a very smart thing to do when you stood in his way, even if he was pacing. That was like stepping in front of a big semi truck, you think it would stop? No, at least Monty did stop and glared at Kalore. "If you don't get out of my way and let me calm down so that I may speak to you with a clear head, I swear on my life that I will throw you across this room and break you in half, especially since you won't be able to stop me in your state of weakness. Now, sit down and rest while I calm the hell down before I regret doing something." He growled.

Kalore stepped aside but he didn't sit down. Monty wasn't the only one who was pissed, or at least getting there, but there wasn't much that Kalore could do at the moment. Leaning against the wall, he watched the demon as they glared at one another.

"I said sit down and rest Kalore. Don't make me repeat myself." He growled, starting to get annoyed. This was not how he wanted to start the day. Since he was getting pissed off to no end and didn't think he could handle anything for the rest of the day, he was half tempted to just turn a cold shoulder on the elf but that wouldn't solve anything other than make things worse for himself and especially for Kalore. He looked away, sighing deeply.

Running a hand through his hair, Kalore debated just walking out and taking his chances with the three headed mongrel, but he knew that that wouldn't end well. Sighing, he flopped down on the bed, wincing slightly as his back met the headboard oddly, bothering the burns from the shower the night before. He ignored it though as he looked at Monty, "Now what?" Kalore's annoyance was obvious, but he was trying to calm down.

"You are going to lay there and rest while I go make something to eat and I'm going to shove every last crumble until you regain your strenghts. After that, I'm handing you over to someone who will care more than me and would be Gambler." He growled, not so nicely and stomped out of the room, slamming the door shut. He growled again and walked into the kitchen, looking to what to make for Kalore. The demon prayed that cooking would divert his anger and calm him down.

Eyes narrowing, Kalore stood back up and began his own pacing. He didn't understand what was going on with him. Did he anger someone up there in the sky? First being locked up with Monty in an elevator, then the rebels almost killing him, then Lucien, then Monty, then Eri, then Monty again. Did Kalore tick off someone?!
Growling silently, the elf just laid his hand on a wall, keeping his balance. Something was really messed up if he was starting to care for someone that had been nothing but problems. You know that's not true... Kalore tried to ignore the thoughts but failed, groaning as he began to actually listen to them. He kept you from jumping out that window and you know it. Kalore knew it, but he didn't like it.
