Why does it feel like tv shows reruns of reruns?

Chya me too neon. I haven't read anything good or worthwhile in SO long. Meh. I need a new Terry Pratchett and I need something more pithy as well.

Lately I've been reading The Dark is Rising...
But, I prefer the DragonRiders of Pern. Which would make a great RP by the way.

Eh, I've been reading the Abarat series for a few months now...Not too bad. That would also be a good RP.

Sadly, with Terry Pratchett falling victim to Alzheimers there wont be too many more Discworlds. However, a Discworld RP would probably work pretty well. Ask Ilin about it and she'd probably want to do one.

I love all of Tamora Pierce's books. They all be very nice, even though they're aimed at an audience younger than me. >.>
I too would like rps in the settings of Pern, Discworld, Circle of Magic world, Alana world, or um... others. XD I'd probably be more partial to the Pern one. I think putting a story into the Discworld one would be harder to do.
I also like the Dealing with Dragons series. One of my favorite childrenish series ever. ^^

To be honest, the best candidates for a discworld rp would be something involving witches, a Rincewind adventure or a Guards story.

DOOOOOOO EEEEEEEET NOOOOOOOOOOW.
It is good.
I'd rule out a Rincewind adventure, just because I personally don't like rps that use the world's characters. Just feels a bit awkward, usually.
Guards = lots of planning, but doable. Unless it's looser fitting, lacking a driving mystery plot. But yeah, either based in the mountains or the city it would do, I think.

I guess Discworld is pretty good then!
I wonder if a Dark is Rising RP would fly... probably not.

I have a Discworld Guild actually but it's totally empty
I was gonna try to do an intense rp for it but it never really worked out sad
