I started by looking at anagrams, then translating it to and from hexidecimal and through the other bases, then letter shifts. When you said it was two layers, I looked at letter shifts and anagrams specifically. That's how I got most of my results.
I tried some other stuff too... Silly things like looking at the letters upside-down, then translating it to other things and looking at those upside-down, and then translating to binary and reversing that....
And then you said it was your favorite hero team.
And I remembered seeing you dressed as a ninja turtle. You didn't even rearrange the letters, you just stuck them in there. XP
I so call Casey. I guess you'll be Master Splinter and Shredder?

A few things for thought about the TMNT PRIME rpg.
Just like my other rpgs, this one is going to be a fusion of all the turtle stories, picking out the best of all versions to make one solid rpg.
I specifically put 'prime' in the title because I'm starting it off from the start, back to how the original comic kicked off and going from there with an all new universe telling of the turtles story that keeps the more serious under tone of the original story but with any and all character from across the turtles multi-verse of stories.
No this does not mean multiples of each character, there is only one of each but the one you chose to portray can be from the original comic, one of the movies, the live action tv show, the original cartoon or the recent one... like I said, pick and chose the best of.
and just so no one gets any ideas...
Splinter is mine. (Story arc purposes)
Leonardo is mine. (Someone has to lead the team!)
Shredder is mine. (Story arc purposes)

As tempting as that is Stray, I'll be sitting this rp out. TMNT (movie) was the only thing of Ninja Turtles that I've seen recently, and as badass as Raff is (not counting his Night Watcher persona), my lack of knowledge on the turltes prevents me from wanting to join.
Though I'm still holding out for a Transformers RP reboot

Ahahaha Ivy can't stink. She's more plant than human. She doesn't have skin cells to shed and her body uses dirt as supplementary fuel.

Nightmare rubbed his chin "wait, I think I known what's wrong" he went into the kitchen and filled up a bucket of water, then went back into Ivy's room and dumped the cold bucket of water onto Ivy.
