Monty took a deep breath and let it go slowly, his arms going loose around Kalore. If the elf wanted to, he could just leave out of his arms and go. Perhaps it was best but he would hunt down Kalore, beat his rear and then make sure he was well taken cared of. Maybe it was about time to get Kalore back to the others without any incident.

Kalore's brows furrowed when the arm went loose. Instead of leaving him, he just nuzzled again into his chest, into the warmth, more. The elf was only going to leave Monty if the demon pushed him off. That was one of the issues actually. The kiss that Monty had given the elf was something that Kalore enjoyed. He was mad though at how he was treated after it though...

Monty fell a sleep for a few minutes and then slowly woke up, his body used to getting up early to do things. He opened his eyes slowly, and yawned. The demon stretched and blinked the sleep away from his eyes. His stomache growled softly and he glared at it for a moment. "Kalore?" He said softly and touched his cheek lightly. "Are you up?"

He wasn't really awake so instead of getting away from Monty, Kalore pressed closer to him, still not wanting to lose the warmth that he had gained. The elf was hungry as well, having not eaten well for the past few days, but that was ignored. Kalore knew that once he woke up, he wouldn't be much better than he was just hours before.

Monty nodded and didn't move away from Kalore. "When your ready to get up, I'll make you something to eat." He said, just as softly and took his fingers away from Kalore's cheek and placed them lightly on his shoulder.

Kalore frowned slightly at the loss of contact on his cheek but he nodded, one of his hands grasping at Monty's shirt just a little. He didn't know why he was acting like this; Probably the need to just touch something familiar that Kalore hoped wouldn't hurt him. Monty hurt him badly, but he also saved his blonde a** way more than once.

As his eyes closed and started to lightly doze off again, his free hand came up to cover Kalore's hand that grasped his shirt. He didn't think it was bad that he was trying to offer some comfort but he didn't think that he was doing a great job at it.

When their hands touching, Kalore felt something that was close to a smile come onto his lips. he didn't know why he was smiling but he was. Maybe it was just the contact but Kalore didn't really think too much into it. He knew that it wasn't going to last because Monty would probably do the same thing that he did before... Something in him clenched at the thought as his hand grasped the demon's shirt just a bit tighter.

Frowning slightly, he opened his eyes and looked down at Kalore. "Are you having a attack Kalore?" He asked, concerned by the sudden tight hold on his shirt. "If it is a attack, just know that your stronger than it." He whispered soothingly.

The soothing words shocked Kalore as his eyes opened slowly. Looking up at Monty, Kalore's eyes were still glassy, not all the way there, but there was something in them as his mouth opened but soon closed. He shook his head but soon just closed his eyes again and went right back to where he was, his hold lessening on Monty's shirt. Kalore didn't think that he would be able to be here much longer though...

Frowning slightly more, he took his hand away from Kalore's and his arm away as well. He was crossing the line again and that was something he was trying not to do. He didn't want to treat the elf coldly like he did back at the Tower but that was his natural respond to the situation. Maybe he could have handled it better than that, could have treated Kalore better than that but he didn't. The demon couldn't dwell on that too much. Sighing softly he looked down at Kalore, more alert and wide awake. "I'm going to go and start making something to eat. You didn't eat last night and that's not good." He said and looked at the night stand. His coffee was still there so he took it and warmed it up just right, offering it to Kalore.

Shoulders dropping slightly, Kalore's lips pursed as he took the cup gently, taking a small sip of it. Normally it would have tasted perfect, but one sip was enough to send his stomach reeling. But still, he acted like he took another sip while mouthing out a 'thanks' to the demon. Kalore briefly wondered how much he would be able to eat when the time came for it.
Sitting up, with some difficulty, Kalore leaned against the headboard as he looked at the cup of coffee. So, it seemed like Monty really did hate him. Well, what did the elf expect? He was acting like a needy damsel in distress that constantly needed saved and wanted attention. That would annoy anyone, right?

Monty shifted away from Kalore and sat on the bed with his back to him, stretching out his arms. The demon looked over his shoulder at Kalore and asked, "Would you prefer cold water instead?" He asked, still soft and gentle as ever. Yeah, the elf hated his guts to the extreme. Perhaps he hated him with a passion. The elf wouldn't be the first person to hate him that way.

Why did Kalore feel a twinge of pain when Monty turned his back on him? He didn't know for sure but he knew that instead of answering, Kalore put the coffee on a nightstand that was beside his side of the bed and moved his body so that he was facing him while sitting with his legs crossed. Nothing was mouthed out as Kalore just watched Monty, his eyes, still glassy but still changing back, were showing that he wanted him to just talk to the mute elf.

Blinking, the demon looked at Kalore. "What?" He said not grasping what it was that Kalore wanted. If he wanted the demon to go then he was fine with that. He could understand that he wasn't the most likeable person but what was the point in rubbing it in?
