you also know you're a band geek when you say something and only other band geeks understand what you're talking about.

You know you're a band geek when your walking in the halls with your friends, who are also in band, and you are absent mindedly marching in straight line swinging you're left arm.

You know your a band geek when you can play every single instrument in band better than the people that actually play them in the band.....yes it is true It kinda SUCKS..........somewhat, but it's also kinda kinky. (cool)

You know that you're a band geek if you break into the school and bandroom the Monday after school gets out for the year just to work in the band library! I have done it for the past two years and am planning to do it again, regardless of the fact that I am a senior!

you know you're a band geek when you look at something and say "hey! that looks like 2 eigth notes!!" i did this yesterday. my friend had on these cherry earrings and i said "hey Tori! your earrings look like two eigth notes! like, E to F!!" and she was like "Jayden. . . you've been playing the clarinet for waaaaaaaaaaaaaay to long" ((we both play the clary))

you and your friends walk in step with each other...
and you know that you're a band geek when you realize half of your friends are either in the band or once were in the band...
and your life is literally eat, breathe, sleep band.

you know you're a band geek when you go to your school's website and go to the music section, and download all the music you played, so you can listen to them again.
You know you're a band geek when you go to your state's marching website and sit there for hours watching your show/other school's shows.
You know you're a band geek when you randomly start humming last seasons marching show during lunch.

You know you're a band geek when you shout at another band geek down the hall with the name of the tour bus you rode on during your International Festival Competition and the other kids think that you're saying something totally inappropriate. "HOTARD!!"

You know you're a band geek when you sit at the band table at school.
You're even more of a band geek when you can pick out the band table in the cafeteria.
You know you're a band geek when you hear a PEP band song on the radio while you are driving and you crank it up super loud so that you can pretend that you are actually in band playing your part.

Eve-Dallas ...you have kept all the music you've ever played in any band setting (if you get to keep it) have it arranged in the order you played it, by year, and have some stuff that you haven't ever played but it looked cool so you "borrowed" a copy of it. guilty as charged
