"Frankly, the more we think of it, the more we'll doubt what we will and won't need. Let's just get it over with so I can have myself a nice smoke and some hasbrowns afterwards." Vince wasn't cocky, and it showed in his voice. He was just not one to worry over a battle. Between the five of them they could take down Soulscour, and he felt they could do it with great ease. He didn't need to say it, because if he did he'd just sort of start faltering, and that couldn't be good. "Cigarette?" He offered one as he lit his second of the last ten minutes, taking a deep puff as he left the pack out in case Darz said yes.

Torment passed by the room with Darz and Vince, not pausing or looking towards them, but speaking quickly, "It'll be a while, Relax till mornin'" With that he marched off down the hallways, closing a door behind him with Viper's Gem left upon the outside of the door with a quick note that he'd put him back on later. He was in the Media room, and moments later, the pulse of the bass rocked the foundations of the house.

Tacitus Torment passed by the room with Darz and Vince, not pausing or looking towards them, but speaking quickly, "It'll be a while, Relax till mornin'" With that he marched off down the hallways, closing a door behind him with Viper's Gem left upon the outside of the door with a quick note that he'd put him back on later. He was in the Media room, and moments later, the pulse of the bass rocked the foundations of the house. Viper's gem sparks, a red droplet drifting off the bottom and bouncing across the floor. It pauses for a moment before zipping through the door. In the Media room, and moments later, the pulse of the bass is abruptly cut off and replaced by classical music. The controls on Torment's systems fuse and lock the entire system onto the 24/7 classical. "Ha."

The sound system may have been blaring classical music, but the moment it hit the air, it was nothing but what Torment willed it to be. Even with further tampering he'd still only hear what he wanted.
((b***h, its my house...I know how it works.))

*Darz uses something similar to the effect an Environizer (I absolutely love that Radio Shack/Lifewise product ^_^ <-- exageration) to make sure none of that horrid gas reaches him. He glowers at Vincent. The part of Darz that is still human detests the allergic reaction to tabacco, hence his cleaning the air. With a flap of his wings, Darz makes his answer.*
I detest those...things. As for thinking of things to come, I, at least, prefer some sort of plan.

Vince only laughed, putting them away as he walked out of the room. "What kind of plan do you make for something that you don't know how will fight." Vince glanced to the media room, sighing and moving over, glancing in and looking to Tor. "Interesting ally, don't you think?"

Tor just glared at him and the gem of Viper as the room began to regenerate. As he disapeared from sight he raised a hand and flipped Vince off, he wanted privacy, not explosions and inquiries.

He shook his head, moving to the corner he called his own, within the living room. He sat down quietly, closing his eyes as his wing fluttered, seeming to fall asleep.

*Darz doesn't want to admit it to anybody, least of all one who was once merged with the evil now seperate from Kargin, but he knew well enough how to fight Soulscour. Darz shakes his head and finds a place where he is to sit. He doesn't know the place he is at, and he'd rather not go where he isn't invited. He could stuble into a room not meant for him. With a smirk, Darz flutters his wings. Its been a while since he's rested, this way. He gathers Chaos about himself before drawing all the Dark powers to him. Bane, Void, and Black soon join the swirl about him...and he enters his meditative "sleep" as to prepare for the coming day.*

Dawn the next day was greeted by the tremors created by a rather large group of Titans passing outside, each and every last one of them dedicated to a final inspection of the columns supporting the city and a general survey of the damage done to the city from below. Most of the damage had been repaired quickly, but some area were insignificant. As the light peaked through the columns a red glint ran off Viper's Gem, which had found itself hanging around Torment's neck. His shades were pushed all the way up the bridge of his nose, the eyes behind them a clouded grey sea and the once spiked mesh of flames crowning his head now a dissheveled mess. He awaited the others as the intercom type system throughout the house called them out front. They would have to leave without Cirino....unless that b*****d got his a** in gear.

*Pausing at the edge of the sand dunes, where the beaches broke back into the long blades of the Razor Fields, Kalie finished brushing the salty sand mixture from her clothing, trails of it crusted around her shoes in a grainy outline. Her hand absently fidgeting with the jewel suspended from the chain situated around her hips, forever searching for that one link that would slide it easily into her hand away from her torso, as she headed back to the house. She just prayed.. they hadn't left yet, and Torment was still there somewhere..*

"Torment"
The gem shines as Viper speaks. Without anyone around the majority of the ego has been blunted. What you hear now is the Viper who has known Torment for a long, long time. It may not seem it sometimes, but the two are friends.
Or as close to friends as two such as these can be.
"Without a proper blood infusion I cannot summon my lieutenants for this conflict. This form, and those I bore before it, are too restricting by far."
The gem shudders slightly on its chain, conveying a palpable feeling of disgust.
"The only monster I can summon at the moment will require time to reach its proper strength. I'll have to release Akkarin here, if we are in need of further assistance, a return would find him at the proper levels. Shall I?"

Tor didn't take his eyes trained on the Titan workers, studying them. There was something far too ordered to their work for it to sit well with him. Titans were Chaotic by nature. He listened to Viper, but made no note of actually hearing him until he spoke minutes later, "Summon him if you wish it, as long as he doesn't harm anything significant. But...what was this about your previous forms being...restricting? Its not an adjective I'd use to describe the form I've grown used to."

*Fast Approaching, outlines began to take shape in the distance, mostly a collection of larger ones moving about under the palace. Those she gave little regard, as Titians weren't what she needed to find before any of the five suns found a higher place in the sky. The illuminating crimson sparkle radiating from Viper's jewel, acting almost as a pinpoint amongst the chaos surrounding their house, but no more helpful then the outlines at her distance.*
