((I am here!))
Navalie walked into the canyon on her way to go train once more. She began to walk faster and faster into the deep canyon. She then came to a sudden halt and she glanced around the canyon observing as much as possible. She then decided If she trained near the river It would be best for her to train so she walked over to the river in a quick manner and found a couple of people. that also looked to be training. She walked over slowly and approached one of them that looked like roy..It was. She then saw his head and she waited next to him seeing if he needed anything.

Roy looked over to see Nav walking up. "Ohhh Gig's girlfriend. Hmmm guess he must be tired from all the romps in the hay they've been having latly." He laughed but couldn't for too long due to his head. He groaned and looked up to her for a moment. "So what brings you out here?"

((Okay bye!))
"I decided I would train and also fight" she said smirking. She then noticed that roy was a little wounded. She knelt down next to roy .
"How come you are alway's the one knocked out?!" she stated and she then looked at her hand's. "You stay still!" she said.
Navalie then began to focus chakra into her hands and arms. She then glanced around and looked at roy. She set her hands gently ontop of roy's head and she hoped to do her medic nin healing. At first she failed and she then did it again noticing that It had worked and roy was healed as much as she could heal him with.
((three in case she fail's other roll is for later use.))

Mizuki looked around and saw she had been left alone.... again. She sighed and quickly gathered her things up. She took the kunai that Roy had given her and placed it into the pocket of her jacket as she began to walk back to the academy.

Katare shot down the canyon, right along the beautiful river. "Now, how to train, how to train.." Katare stopped at a human-sized boulder. "Okay then, it looks like strength training for today!" But he wasn't quite ready for training yet.. "Strecthin' time!" Katare rolled his head as close to perpendicular as he could from his torso.. closer and closer to a 90 degree angle.. that would likely be close enough.
Next up, Katare stretched his arms and legs. He rolled them back and forth, back and forth, in an attempt to become just that little bit more flexible. He did those stretches about 100 times each, and then he got ready for the hard one.. Now for what Mura taught me... Katare began to spread his legs, farther and farther apart, closer to the ground...
[DC=10 for stretch, 15 for the REALLY flexible part...]

Katare managed to get his legs straight out, each perpendicular to his torso. "I wonder if I can do that other thing still..." Katare attempted to bow down his head, while leaving his bottom in the exact same position; that would be an amazing feat for a 10 year old.. No go. Katare just wasn't quite as flexible as he had thought. "Oh well, on to the training..."
Katare got up and stared down the rock. Unlike the hard granite that composed the canyon itself, this rock seemed to be made up of a more fragile material. Katare prepared his arms and muscles for the possible stress involved with trying to break through solid rock with one's fists.. not that preparing for something like that was very simple. Just.. calm down... and start... training. Katare did one final arm stretch, and attempted to punch through the rock.
(Training description: Rock has 30 HP. Above 10 results in hit, 5 or below results in backfire of 1-3 damage.)

Katare punched once with each fist. No damage to the knuckles. good... no worries, then. Katare began to punch the boulder again and again, as quickly as he could without stumbling or comprimising his fighting stance. He began keeping track of his number of punches, desiring to know how many hits it would take for the boulder to crack... well, if it did, anyways. "27, 28, 29, 30, 31..." Katare didn't seem to tire out one bit; after all, he really WAS a big ball of energy. ".. 37, 38, 39, 40..." No injuries, no tripping over, it looked like a good training day for Katare was up ahead...

[Rock: 24 HP] "47, 48, 49, 50!" Katare smiled. Maybe I'm a bit better at this than I thought... Katare waited for a moment, deciding rather or not to... "I think I'll try punching the rock a little bit faster!" Decision made. Of course, Katare wouldn't dare attempt to punch this carelessly in a real mission.. but then again, Katare had more than enough time to choose just how bad of a ninja he really wanted to be later, and it was highly likely that he wouldn't choose to be a bad one. Besides, it's always cool to know how to punch rapidly.. or, at least in Katare's eyes. "Time for the rapid-punch!" Katare lined himself up with the same spot he had been punching before... "51, 52, 53, 54..."

"Fifty-five, fifty-six, fifty- OWW!!!" Katare rubbed his left fist in pain. Apparently, the 'rapid punch' wasn't as easily done as he thought... "Okay then, I'll just go back to normal punching..." The fist didn't hurt for long at all, and it was pretty simple to move on in the training without much negative effect. "67, 68, 69..." ..Or, perhaps it was having some negative effect. The punches didn't feel nearly as powerful as before. "76, 77, 78..." Oh well. Either way, Katare wasn't going to run out of energy for a long time. "93, 94, 95..." Maybe it was time to take a short break, and regain his fighting stance.. "97, 98, 99..."

[Katare=9 Hp. Rock=24 Hp.] "100!" Katare actually had some sense for once, and took a short break to repair his fighting stance. It turns out that the fist didn't hurt at all any more... As Katare prepared to punch the rock again, Katare calmed himself by staring into the setting sun... "Wait a second- Oh CRAP!" Katare had to get his things and move them over to Ryoko's and Roy's place... Katare grabbed his bag and began to leave.. But, how would I find the rock? This seems to be the only rock here that I stand a chance at breaking through right now... In solution, Katare pulled a red pen and a red flag from his pack; bright red was, after all, his signature color. Katare posted the flag in a conveniently-sized crevice in the rock, and used the pen to write on the rock, "Katare's Training Rock - do not touch." Then, being even later than usual, Katare shot off at full-speed towards his old home to pack...

(Second Part of Training begins here...) Katare frantically made his way the canyon, searching for the training spot he had found before... "I leave for one night, and this is what I get... Gotta remember to just camp and stay the night out here next time I start a training session..." Katare spotted a flag on the dirt. A red flag... Katare searched the canyon ahead, and sure enough, there was that different-looking rock. The flag wasn't as secure in that hole as Katare had thought...
Katare started up on his stretches again. He started, as always, with the arm stretches. Putting arms behind his back and stretching, touching his toes, the works. Then he moved on to torso stretching, moving his back around as low to the ground as possible. On to the head stretches, once again attempting to keep his head perpendicular to his body while rolling it in circles. Katare had no such luck, as he still wasn't nearly caught up on his training, but he was closer than before. Last up was the leg stretching. Katare began by pulling one leg as far up behind his back as possible, and he repeated with the other leg. Then he began to rotate his ankles, one by one. Then it was time for the banana split. Katare let his legs slowly spread apart, relaxing otherwise so that he wouldn't chance toppling over. The legs spread farther and farther apart.. And they eventually became perpendicular to the torso. Katare then jumped back up to a standing position.
"Time for jumping jacks!" Katare began counting his 'jacks'. "1, 2, 3, 4..." Katare very much enjoyed jumping around like an idiot, waving his hands around as if it were an SOS. "..19, 20, 21, 22, 23...." Actually, these jumping jacks were a lot easier than they were the last time Katare had done them, back when he was but 8 years of age. "37, 38, 39..." Wait a moment, shouldn't I be getting to the REAL training? "49, 50! ..Okay, time for the rock punching!" Katare lined himself up with the spot on the rock that he believed to have punched the day before. Katare took a couple of minutes to ready his stance... "101, 102, 103!"
