((>=p I did too. ^^;;;; Go back and look.))
"I know what you're thinking and yes, I'm a pure youkai. But this--" He threw his head lightly towards Micoi, indicating the dragon. "--is my adoptive daughter."
If Jindra had noticed Midare throwing her spell she ignored it because she swiftly floated out of its track and a bit higher. "Keeper of the Dragon Queen." She smirked before raising a hand above her head in the air and sending another array of black fire flaring down towards the three. She was currently, it seemed, completely ignoring the fact that Nashrome was right in the line of fire, literally.

Weighing his options, Meeya frowned. The youkai woman needed to be incapacitated. And since throwing a Saen Madis, wasn't really an option, since the fog would spread to engulf all of them... not that it would hurt him none. Hayate could possible blow the fog away, but right now it simply wasn't an option.
So instead he fished up a second dagger and threw it, the steel embedding itself in Jindra's wrist. He hadn't had a clear shot of her heart... and being the cause of even that simple injury made his stomach turn. Her hand would be pretty much useless now.
((Saen Madis is the name of those black balls, which is Meeya's version of the Heaven's Aqua Ball(s). ^^; Thanks to Neko for the name! whee ))

Nash was about to reply to the other youkai when he looked up ... just as the fire started down. His eyes widened as it fell toward them. Glancing around, he quickly darted toward a half-fallen wall and got beneath it. There wouldn't be room there for more than him though. He glared out and up at Jindra. What was her problem, anyway?
The Queen! Hayate called urgently to her mind.
Midare spun around, looking around for Micoi. She spotted her and the fire at the same time and, thinking quickly, used the same spell as before. But she modified it slightly so that instead of a blade of air, it was a wall. The wall of air was meant to drive the fire to the side of where Micoi and Kanak were. She couldn't see Nash hiding under the wall from where she was.
((And now we can move again. LOL *is back home* ^^))

((^^ Welcome back))
Micoic snapped around the moment Nashrome fled from in front of them and cried out. "Fire!" Both she and Kanak were about to jump away when Midare's spell came up, blocking the black fire's way. "Kanak, drop this now." She said as she turned to the youkai beside her.
His answer was simple. "No."

((And what am I supposed to do now? XDD ... *ponders*))
When the fire had been blown away, but they were still distracted, Nash saw his chance. Obviously, the female dragon was more than she appeared ... someone important. Quickly, he darted back out and around, heading toward her from behind. He was going to try to disarm and capture her. He did also keep an eye on the youkai, though. He could be dangerous...

"We're not in Arinas! Drop it now, please." Micoi begged as she kept her eyes on the youkai in front of her.
"... You've got a point." Grabbing hold of the dragon's upper arm he suddenly whirled her around him so that she was behind his back, Kanak pointing at the rapidly moving Nashrome with his spear. Would the cat youkai be able to stop or dodge the sharp end in time or get impaled on it?
Eyes with a color like molten gold burned away the blue that had previously been sheilding her orbs. The light played and bounced upon the sign of royalty within the Dragon Tribe... Dragon Eyes.
((Hmm, I forgot this gal. XD;;; ))
Jindra sent a glare at the dagger's owner before she pulled the weapon out of her wrist, which hung loosely. The damage could be fixed but it was the pain and the fact that the little 'faerie' had dared to try, and succeeded, in rendering one of her hands useless that made her angry. "You little..." Raising her uninjuried hand, the blade securely between her index and middle finger, she weapon began to burn merrily with black fire. Sending the young Spirit Tribe meember a glare she sent the dagger flying, still burning, back towards Meeya. True, she didn't use weapons and thought the act of using them rather uncivilized, but this was like throwing paper planes... in a way. "You little tainted light being, you should have rot instead of surviving. Would surely have saved many people the unfortune to meet you and spared nature the shame of giving you life."

Meeya flinched at the harsh words, spearing him straight to the heart as surely as any weapon could. The only fact that his body didn't seem ready to lay down and die saved him from getting impaled by his own dagger, as he threw himself out of the way. Looking around confusedly from where he'd landed on the grass, fingers burying themselves into the earth, Meeya groaned. Tightening his fingers into the rich earth beneath them, he let loose with his power, trying to send it inwards. She was right. He knew it, was just too cowardly to do it right. He had always known. The youkai was only pointing out the truth.
But as always, he could never use it on himself. Instead the power turned outwards, lashing along the ground and turning fresh green grass into dead, dry straws. The earth cracked and turned black and dead brown under him, all life fleeing before the destructive touch of Meeya's "inverted healing". The part of a crumbled wall he'd been beside cracked and turned to pebbles and then dust. He wasn't really thinking anymore, still trying to turn his powers against himself and only having it turning away, as if reflected. He had more or less totally forgotten all about the fight and the people involved with it, especially those stuck on the ground.

Tenjou grinned from her broken wall position, She had grown bored of waiting and when the queen finally revealed herself, the Youkai lady grew in delight and leapt from the wall, slowly walking towards the small battle. "It's about time.." she muttered at the queen's reveal. She had read about it in the book she had been reading, only problem is it doesnt specify times, only dates.

Since Liozu hadn't really been paying attention to where he was going, it was probably no surprise when he banged head-first into a door. Rubbing his forehead, the Earth Knight groaned and opened the door, glancing in to see who he had disturbed by chasing clouds. Teioz. "Sorry about that. Wasn't paying attention." Liozu grinned and shrugged apologetically.

Stepping up to beside Kanak, Micoi's eyes widened. "Meeya!!!" She cried out as the deadly power advanced, leaving devastation in its wake. She had to get to him!
((=o Awww! Come on, people! Meeya needs a BIIIIG hug!))
"Just so you know, my Lady, that's the youkai who broke into Nadil-sama's inner sanctum... with the help of the Dragon Queen's Eyes." Jindra calmly told Tenjou. It was better to tell her and be assured that she knew than not. Watching down in malicious amusement and with great interest, Jindra contemplated what was happening down there... and how fatal it was.

Meeya appeared not to hear Micoi's cry, all focus and attention turned inwards, all the while the power continued to spread outwards reacing for anything alive in the victinity and spreading. The youkai woman's voice and words echoed in his mind, again and again, mingling with his own thoughts and throwing it all back at him. He was wrong. What else could he be? Faeries weren't supposed to bring destruction and pain the way he could. He shouldn't... be... alive. Groaning, Meeya curled up into as much of a fetal position as he could while sitting on his knees, tears burning at the edges of his eyes but not falling. He had no right to cry for himself.
