xx_Bullseye_xx  Co-ownership Agreement for Leviathan by xx_Bullseye_xx and TheMadHatterRoleplayxx_Bullseye_xx has full RP rights for both IC and OOC Matingxx_Bullseye_xx has full control over such things as finding a potential mate, and entering any breeding events or raffles. BasketsIn the event of baskets, both will discuss their placement. Sig RightsBoth xx_Bullseye_xx and TheMadHatter have full display rights.

This is the Co-Ownership Agreement between EchoLimaFoxtrot, _Shouko_, and Kilynn, for the Rights over NURIKONuriko(nekkie)
EchoLimaFoxtrot has the rights over:
- RP (both IC and OC)
- Breeding (SOLE rights over choosing a lifemate and any breeding and does not need extra permission from _Shouko_ or Kilynn)
- Familiar (again, sole rights)
- Putting Nuriko in her Sig
_Shouko_ has rights over:
- Putting Nuriko in her Sig
- A basket in Nuriko's first breeding
Kilynn has rights over:
- Putting Nuriko in her Sig
So, essentially, EchoLimaFoxtrot is pretty much allowed to do anything she wants with Nuriko EXCEPT take _Shouko_ and Kilynn off the cert. Although, _Shouko_ is guaranteed her own basket in Nuriko's first breeding (whenever that may be) to do with what she will. Kilynn is just a pretty accessory.

Co-ownership agreement for Ahmik,
Remove and Amon have sig rights and OOCing rights.
Remove RPs him IC and can choose his mate/who he breeds with.
Any baskets will be sorted out between Amon and Remove as well as the mare's owner if this ever happens!

Little change to the agreement between Kiara Lime and I on Tic Tac Toe.. heres the PM Kiara Lime Caitlyn Hellstorm Well.. not sure if you heard from Mialee or saw it in my sig (which I doubt it) but Tic Tac Toe and Zaribe finally won a breeding.. but that brings me to a question and an offer... I have been thinking about this... and I think this is a reasonable offer ^^;; but like I say.. just an offer.. if you don't want to take it.. then its ok with me. What about... 1st breeding: I get the entire control of it.. if there is 3rd basket, you get it 2nd breeding: You get the full control.. I get NO say at all.. just you.. you decide who get what basket and all of that. 3rd basket goes to me. 3rd breeding: I get the control but 3rd basket goes to you or.. if you don't want to do that.. then.. can we make an agreement that you will RP the foal with its parents alot (or at least try to) and not pimp it out to other soquilis? ^^;;

 UPDATE. During my absence, Kamiki will take over my part in the co-ownership agreement with Sirius. Kyjoto is the other co-owner for Sirius. The already agreed upon terms of co-ownership will remain the same, but until further notice, I am no longer an owner of Sirius. I merely changed "I" in the terms to Kamiki. The terms Kyjoto had originally agreed to when co-owning Sirius can be seen on page 18 of the co-ownership agreement thread. General - Bother Kyjoto and Kamiki have rights to place Sirius in signature signatures. Roleplaying - Kamiki have RP rights of both IC and OOC rights. - Kyjoto has OOC rights. Breeding - Mating and lifemating will be discussed between both of them. - In the event of a breeding, the mother's owner will pick first, then Kyjoto, then Kamiki. - Applies to 2nd and 3rd breedings as well.

Concerning Kin-Sora Lockhart.
I, mint `tea, am giving Paramekia Darkheart complete ownership over Kin-Sora Lockhart from now on. I will no longer have any ownership of Kin-Sora. Paramekia is free to rp IC, and such as she sees fit.

 I am letting Dr Umeda co-own Esha with me. -Ary will retain rp rights. -Breedings will be divided between us as we see fit, depending on the situation. -Both have signature rights -Ary will inform Ume of mating, but does not need approval. EDIT: Changed, Ume is agreeing to the new terms.
