KageKyoko PurpleLovr KageKyoko butter poached lobster? o.o;; is it expensive because of how hard it is to be made? and woooooah. you one lucky awesome girl! XD Yes. It is cooked for a bit in water and then taken out of the shell and cooked the rest of the way in butter. Also it is normally served as the whole lobster instead of just the tail. blaugh om'gawd... the whole lobster out of the shell..? that must've taken such talent o.o Yea. I saw it on a cooking competition show once. You have to be sooo careful when taking it out.
