Lyzzi had relaxed the moment she took to the skies; it felt so unnatural... Yet natural. Shifting her weight around got the glider where she wanted it to, and as the wind rushed past her ears, she could almost hear something like a voice. A gentle sort of voice whispering to her.

As Lyzzi passed through a wisp of fog, however, she tensed up; suddenly, she feared crashing. She feared losing control. Her confidence from earlier had left, and all she felt was uncertainty.

The fear from earlier slowly faded away, but the peace did not last long. Lyzzi thought she heard someone yelling at her, but when she looked around, realized that there was nobody there; the voice sounded angry, and it worried her, affecting her control of the glider.

Lyzzi noticed that she was actually flying towards something in the distance. As she neared, she realized that these things were actually floating islands, each one with a shrine on it. The largest island, however, had a shrine with something glowing inside - a blessing, perhaps?
She shifted her weight, and guided her glider towards it, tensing up when she hit an area that caused her glider to tilt back and forth, back and forth... She concentrated on her flying, and managed to keep the glider steady.

It took a lot of effort, but as Lyzzi neared the island and eventually landed on it, she felt a sense of accomplishment.

Giving her glider a pat, almost like it was a pet that had brought her to safety, after making sure that the wind wasn't going to blow it away and leave her stranded on the island, Lyzzi made her way towards the shrine. The avian totems reminded her of the owns where she had found the gliders and launcher, but the thing that attracted her the most were the blessings inside.
Picking one up, she closed her eyes, taking in the warmth; it felt like she had sprouted wings and could fly back to the cliffs without the help of the glider... And when she opened her eyes again, she found herself where she first started, staring up into the wide, foggy sky.

It was time to fly again. Or at least try to. There were hardships, so he wasn't entirely certain if he could make it again. Nush would sure as hell try. His first attempt to wind up the glider failed. It was wound up too tightly again. Woops.

Shaking his head, he just went on and got to work, winding it up to the correct tension. Nush double checked to make sure everything was in order, then launched himself into the sky.

Just like the last time he flew, he was first hit was a wave of anger. Nush gritted his teeth as he gripped the glider. Things were rocky here, and he did his best to dismiss the rage and feelings of being unwelcome.
