"I agree all the students are showing potential in one area or another, though I do doubt Oku's book smarts, she knows alot out nuclear fusion though" Patchouli replied "The others may have skipped opening ceremony this mission wasn't thought out well, using the droids was not a good way to get the students to show off their battle skills" Patchouli admitted if she had set it up the droids would've been replaced with actual people as they would prepare and adjust themselves to the situation.

"Well they couldve fought harder opponents but i want to see how they react in a danger situation." He smiled trying to control how much energy he had. "But there good students so far you know what your doing." he smiled.

(Waaah! You guys post too fast. gonk )  Cielle watched as her new teacher left. Missions eh? she pondered while she absent-mindedly started to walk. Snapping out of thought, she spread her wings and soared into atmosphere thinking about the events that had occured that day. The fight, missions, the new teacher and student. The part about highly skilled students but most important of all, what Melodie had said about a split personality and a dark side. Cielle had never experienced anything like that before but that was the thing that unnerved her. What if her darkside (if she had one,) could be triggered at any moment due to the pressure building up for never being released before. She spotted the window to her dorm and drove straight through it, managing to fold in her wings in time. Landing on the carpet, she recovered and sheathed her wings. Seeing Chris having not arrived yet, She sat on her bed and waited while going over her thoughts once more.

 Chris came in a little worried about what Melodie said too. "Hey." He said to Cielle as he walked into the dorm. "Well i think if we ever had a dark side... and it was unleashed im sure we can control it.." He let out a fake but worried smile. "Anyways we should really get some sleep for tomorrows mission. We wont know whats gonna happen tomorrow." he said as he layed on his bed.

Blinking her eye open rather groggily, Melodie yawned and sat up. Roughly an hour of sleep whil basking in the sun or moon was enough to replenish her energy. She jumped out of the tree and removed the sphere of light. "What to do, I wonder...?" Melodie leaned and against the tree and slid down, staring at the scene in front of her.

Ron stared at Melodie as she woke up and the chuckled a little. "You was going to fall to sleep on a tree." He laughed. "Or was that just for a quick nap?" He then wondered. "If you were taking a quick nap when are you planning to sleep?" He kinda smirked.

Melodie cocked her head towards the source of the sound and said, "That was my sleep. And yes, I have a habit for sleeping in odd places. The last place I slept in was a fireplace. The fire made everything toasty and warm." She found it normal that people had something to say about the locations and duration of her 'sleep'. "I'm sure it seems quite odd, but I don't really need long hours of sleep," Melodie murmured, stretching her legs.

He laughed. "Same." He smiled. "Im not going to need any sleep for tomorrow. My body relies on sound to stay away." He kinda smiled harder. "So what are you planning to do now that it is night and your fully awake?" He asked curiously.

Cielle nodded in agreement before she too, laid her head on her pillow and fell asleep. Her dreams were confusing and frightening. She dreamt of birds, a gaping hole, the stormy sky and cats.

Cielle woke a few hours later to the dim sunlight creeping over the horizon and into their room. She yawned and rubbed her eyes, still tired. The area underneath her eyes felt dry and itchy as if she had cried but she wasn't feeling depressed in anyway nor had she remembered crying in her dreams. Her head turned to see Chris slumped on his bed. Cielle climbed out of her bed and groggily walked over to him. "Wake up. Today's the mission." she said while shaking him.

Melodie fixed her gaze at him and smiled. "Haa... A fellow sound elemental... How lovely! And.. I honestly don't know what to do. I'd usually be out in Starbucks or something right about now," she murmured, frowning at the realization of her lack of coffee. Melody sighed and crossed her arms. "It's not exactly night. More like three in the morning. Anyway, what about you? Got any plans?"

"Well yepp thats why i knew i had a reason to like you for being a student of mines. Its rare for a sound fighter to be here." He then thought about her question. "Not planning on doing anything." He smiled. "I had finished my class and then saw you in the tree and waited to see if youd wake up." He laughed. "So now i dont have much to do." he smiled.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ His ears twitch and he opened his eyes and yawned. "Thanks for waking me." He said getting up from the bed staring at the window. He went to get dressed but kept his glasses off today. "If i keep them on then i mite just be weaker then i need to be today..." He looked outside the dorm door. "I think were the first up." He said checking the other rooms. "I guess we can start going shall we? But then again our teacher mite not even be there.."

Melodie tilted her head in a questioning manner, finding his remark rather odd. "Why would you wait for me to wake up?" she asked, the blue of her eyes becoming iridescent in curiosity. 'Did he just say he liked me? How... Odd..' Melodie mused, feeling her cheeks heat up slightly.
