Mana_ecl Zetsuya Titania the Frost Siren @Duck-man: TAT not even if they're twins? And well, its technically not creating a bloodline... as it already existed... just that they were wiped out. So, I guess I'll make her a Shinsetsu clan member, if I can't have her as a survivor/descendant-of-a-survivor of the other clan mentioned in the Shinsetsu's history. Also, another question: Should I send in the profile for approval first or the bloodline for approval first? Well, the fact is this branch has an established ability that is not defined in the bloodline lists, and as such, one may not utilize it, unless of course, you're kind of a dud, in terms of kekkei genkai. Ha ha. Then one may use the name and claim descent, whether or not you've got the skills to back it up, the way I see it.
'Fraid that twins are gonna have to be separated from a younger age, if you're looking for siblings. Same village = no go. It's a policy that inhibits situations like that, but all the while, it keeps people from making use of two on one situations, where you can herd and corral with one, while prepping for the final shot with the other.
I do believe the general trend is to just do post them about the same time, but if you're going for a bloodline, it's always good to make certain you're in first! Kk... Now, Could i make one born with Shinsetsu abilities (its easier to just make her a normal member of the existing Shinsetsu clan...) and the other born with no Shinsetsu clan traits or abilities? And as for them not living in the same village, I have that worked out. The younger twin, a male, will be stollen away and used to host the Ichibi and will grow up in Suna while the older twin, a female, will live in Kiri as an orphan like Crystal's character Rei (the two can even be sorta friends if they can get along... which they probably will since they're a lot alike...) And um... for the twin's parents... They.. uh... died... the mom in childbirth and the dad the next day while out on a dangerous S Rank mission or something...

Well... If you're putting one in the clan, while they're twins, you should note that one isn't of the clan, or there's some historical connection.
As for Jinchuriki hosts, don't be mentioning any of that, as just because you make a character to be the host, doesn't mean that you'll be making him the host. That's up to the choice of the mods, as jinchuriki are usually pivotal toward activity and events, and should someone just... disappear, well, we're out a jinchuriki, yes?

Ah... okay.. and yeah.. I'll mention that the male twin isn't of the clan even though his twin sister would be of the clan. And the Jinchuriki part can also be ignored for now.... though I still want to have him as being able to control sand and learn Sand jutsu...

Are we allowed to unlearn or forget/drop techniques that we might have learned in the past?

Yes. You may unlearn anything to free up more space for other jutsus that you may like! ^_^

I know that genin can only learn up through B-rank jutsus, but because training them multiple times increases their power by 1 rank can they increase the power of their jutsus beyond B-rank?

[ x ] How exactly does water form when using this taijutsu? Do you just summon it out of thin air for most strikes?

I was wondering where one can get training weights in the RP and if they can just get them from the academy or something, what is the weight limit?EDIT: Do ninjutsu reductions during learning apply to this location as well? (Since the academy seems too small for some ninjutsu techniques...)

Yes to the first but according to shinny it wont effect your characters speed in any way once they take them off. We have already had a big a** argument about this sort of thing but just go with this ok.
No to the second. I believe there should be a larger open area to train more destructive moves and am working on that as we speak.

EDIT: Weird, well it just says that it's a 'smaller version of a dojo' there, so I don't see how training big nin techs would work out there lol. Plus the sparring grounds seem to have everything you actually need to train with.
