Skill description: By placing her energy into the length of her hair, Cherry is able to manipulate her locks. These locks can grow longer or shorter, and are able to latch onto things as well as constrict people. This skill lasts for five posts.
Sample: Cherry looked to her opponent. There was no way to get around this man, he was fast. So she knew she had to think of something else. Putting some energy into her hand, she ran it through her long pink locks in a nonchalant fashion. Surely he wouldn't be able to tell what she was up too.
The man gripped his blade and ran at her again. She looked surprised, but as he got near, she took control of her hair. Swinging it around by mental thoughts, her hair ripped the blade from his hands and tossed it behind her. The flowing locks made the woman look like a demon as each strand headed for him at once. He tried to run, but was caught up in the mass of hair. Once caught, she squeeze and squeezed and squeezed until the man popped like a bad zit. Once he was dead, the woman let out a sigh and brought her hair back to it's normal length.

Skill description: A pink Barrier that surrounds the mage, allowing her to attack from the barrier. It lasts for two posts and has a four post cool down and can block attacks of it's rank and below. It cannot be used more than twice each battle. To break this barrier, you need to use two A ranked attacks or an S ranked attack.
Sample: . The woman knew she was in trouble. She had to buy herself some time. Coating her hands in energy, woman created a pink orb and spread it around herself until she was sitting in a pink barrier. Slumping against it, Cherry took the time to heal herself before unleashing a spell from the barrier. While the opponent dodged and attacked, they were unable to get through, and would be unable to get through until the barrier was down.
This was her last chance. Taking in a deep breath, she unleashed another attack from her barrier. This one hit her opponent, and though they would not be killed, Cherry's time in the Barrier came to an end. The woman was fully healed, and ready to give it another go.

Skill description: The Kiranu uses their eyes to manipulate what the opponent see's. The opponent will see the Kiranu split into five clones which surround him. Each clone attacks at once with their claws, creating a devastating attack. Due to these clones being made of energy, the attack will harm paranormals. These clones are only good for one attack per energy use and due to the devastating nature of this skill, a three post cool down is needed before attempting to use it again.
Sample: Luna turned to look at her opponent. With her opponent moving so quickly, she had to concentrate. Focusing her eyes, ears, and sense of smell on the fiend, the woman located it. Dashing forward, she reached out and grabbed her opponents arm as they turned to flee. Turning them around, she shut her eyes and opened them again before letting go.
As the opponent watched, the woman went from one, to five. Each clone was exactly alike, and they seemed to even smell the same. The fiend focused their attention on one of the clones and attacked it, causing it to phase out.
The real Luna, and all the clones moved at once. Each one rose their claws up and attacked. Luna's claws were real, but even the clones seemed to have claws, as their attacks did damage to the opponent. Once the attack was finished, all the clones molded back into the original body, as Luna stood over her hurt opponent.

Has a post limit of 15 posts or the user letting the technique.Skill description: It pwns. -shrugs- alright. Blade Works Unlimited is one of the ultimate techniques of the Sword Master Class. The area around the Sword Master and their opponent shimmers and twists, before reality seems to snap. In the ground around the Sword Master and his/her opponent, an infinite number of weapons appear, stuck into the ground. Any weapon the user of this technique has ever seen or held is recreated here in its entirety. Special abilities of these weapons is usable ONLY IF the user of Blade Works Unlimited has permission from the creator of the weapon. Without this, they only have the weapon in its appearance and strength. This technique is not limited to swords - axes, hammers, punching blades, scythes... if it is something a Sword Master can use, it will appear here. Only Sword Masters can even touch these blades. If the opponent of the user is a Sword Master, they too can pick up the created weapons. But again, to use the abilities of any special weapons, they too must get permission from the weapon's creator. That was, she thought it had failed until she looked around and saw that countless blades surrounded them, stretching as far as the eye could see. She turned her gaze back to Mikhail to see him pull a sword from the ground - an identical copy to the sword that she had just stolen. Looking around again, she could see that there were several other swords out in the field of blades, matching the ones that they both now wielded. But other weapons could be seen, from scythes to massive hammers. "Wh-what is this" Before she could finish her question, she was being forced to defend against the sudden onslaught from Mikhail. He stabbed his Glabrezu into her foot, then grabbed a gleaming silver blade and plunged it through her other foot. A cross-shaped sword impaled her right hand, while a mace crushed her left arm and pinned it down. "This...this is Blade Works Unlimited. And you are its first victim." She looked up to see a massive axe in the shape of a perfect cross plunging down into her. -sighs- This has the missing info for Fenrir. Going to keep quoting it until Fenrir tells me what he thinks -.-

Their teeth also become as sharp as their full form's, making it easily capable of tearing through bones and light thin metal like nothing. Iron it can only penetrate, but not go through easily. However, Typhon can pay C rank energy to be able to bite through iron. At expert rank, this skill becomes C rank and is capable of biting through iron normally.

Limits:
Skill description: A technique dragons use when threatening another creature to back off. The deeper and bigger the growl, the easier it was to make a creature take off in fear. Typhon adapted this trait into a skill, by focusing an amount of energy into his vocal cords, he can emit a growl that'll set a monster (summons included) running away and incapable of fighting. The amount of energy used must match the rank of the target. This skill isn't always successful, as those higher rank then Typhon requires a dice roll six sided. If 4 or 6, it works. If anything else it fails. Those under Typhon's rank no dice roll is required. Same rank requires six sided dice roll, if even it works, if odd it doesn't.

However, the charge can only be detonated in a 10 meter radius of the user, and the friction in the air must be within this radius as well. The one flaw is that this cannot be used in rainy weather, or if the user is wet. For the user must rub something together (IE: Their fingers in a snap), but they cannot generate friction if they're wet. Also, it takes one (1) post for the charge to detonate, and three charges can be detonated at a time. Sample:A smirk could be seen on Drew's face as he watched the man presumptuously. "Do you know who you're talking to!? I'm the White Shadow, Andrew Grover! The one who's gonna kick your sorry a**!' And with that, the man seemed to grow annoyed. He quickly ran forward towards Andrew, entering his 10 meter radius. He was now in Drew's territory. Drew quickly snapped his middle finger and thumb together, then dodged the punch that the man threw at him. Quickly spinning on his heel to glare at him, he smiled wickedly. Suddenly, the area right behind the man erupted with fire, slowly dispersing into smoke. "Damn... I missed...," Drew muttered sadly. The man, as if frightened by what just happened, skidded to a stop, now facing Drew. Drew smiled again, as the ground below the man then erupted. Luckily, he jumped just in time, only getting hurt on his left leg. For, the man was still within Andrew's 10 meter radius, so when his feet slid on the ground, he created friction which Andrew used to power his explosion.

Limits: Trickster Class
Skill description: By channeling elemental energy through every part of their body, the user has a burst of white flames ring around his wrists and ankles. Also when in this form, the user's speed increases by one (1) point, and there fire-based attacks are all one rank higher and white in color. After this is activated, however, the user is limited to ONLY fire-based attacks, and all fire attacks cost one (1) rank less energy. This form lasts for three (3) posts, and costs B-rank energy to activate it. After the three (3) posts are up, you must wait another five (5) posts before being able to use it again. Also, the user will have slight burns ringing around where the fire was.
(Note: You cannot be in a transformed state -- Full werewolf, full Dragon, etc. -- and use this skill.)
Sample:
"Get out of my way!!" Drew yelled out as he stood his ground. Suddenly, the cloths around his wrists and ankles would tear off as white-hot flames would burst up and ring them. He eyed the men in front of him angrily as he held his hands out to the sides of him, his palms facing upward. Suddenly, sparks of white-hot fire would begin to form in a ball form on his palms. He then threw them at two of the three men in his way. They were foolish, believing that these were still as weak as normal. However, they were stronger and hot as anything. As the fire made contact with the two water-element using men, it burst and set their clothes aflame. Surprised by the sudden power change, they quickly used water from a near by river to stop the flames.
-Insert Needless battling-
As the men were all down now, the white flames suddenly dispersed as the skill ended, leaving burns in their place. Drew winced a bit as the burns stung, but continued on his path with no interference now.

Alright, let's get this show on the road. Ladies and gents, anything I judge can be overturned by Kagetsukiko or Fenrir, so my word isn't final and don't complain if they have you change it. Now then:
Oxy:
Detect Life: The idea behind this is good, but you need to come up with a better way of explaining it. For example, does the bubble go through solid objects such as walls? How does the bubble expand anyway? The biggest problem is that it's almost like you're trying to copy the Paladin skill Detect Evil with this.
Fallen Hero:
Conflagration Bomb: The idea behind this is sound, but you need to read what the ranking requirements are. B rank skills are limited to certain levels of RPCs, so not just anyone can learn these. Find that information and fix this and we'll talk again.
Angeles:
Eh, yours are for Fen so I'm staying silent.
Silent Reaper:
Negative Zone: This is an interesting technique. Approved. Though I suggest you be careful who you fight with it....

Mass Magnetization:
Er. I like the idea, but as it is, no. Magnetizing things wouldn't let you control them, simply pull them towards you or away. If you reword it though, I do see a way to make it a bit closer to what you're aiming for. Also, what was with the Passive that you specified? That implies there's an Active state as well, but no mention was made of anything else.

Bubblegum Barrier:
Almost approved. How long does this barrier last? You say it has a four post cool down, meaning that between uses you have to make four posts, but no mention of a life-span. Also, it can only block a certain number of attacks at its rank, not block them indefinitely. And I don't know about Kage or Fenrir, but I'm saying you can use the second option - attacking from inside of it without being attacked.
Lethal Image:
This would be a B-rank technique. But I'm hesitant to approve it, it reminds me too much of Naruto clones.

Primal Rage:
No. I'm sorry, but something that increases Draconian Strength by two ranks, at only a C-rank? No. Drakes already get a strength boost as it is.
Crunch:
Take out the part about paying extra energy and this might get approved.
Threatening Growl:
Specify that this doesn't affect RPCs, and approved.

Burst of White Flames:
No. Tricksters are fast enough, they do not get another speed boosting technique.

If it's the second option, then I am thinking of maybe using it at most two times per battle? I dunno. Other people can decide if they want. XD

Oxy:No. Upon rereading it, except for the upgraded energy requirement, your technique is nearly identical to the Paladins' Sense Evil. Making it into a 'sonar' just makes that similarity even more obvious.

Hm. I know the game....Alright. Approved. But they can only attack enemies, no mad dashes around to do random things.
And for Bubblegum Barrier: put in the info on how long it lasts, and yes, twice per battle is fine.

Do you really?! O.O Oh my god I loves you! **Glomps** Tis my favorite RPG evah! I spent 80 dollars on the 4 disc music soundtrack and I've rebought the game several times for all my systems o.O **Cough**..Yes..I obsess much...
Also, I edited it. Let me know if I need to edit it more, but I need to head to work now...yay...
