Christoph and Yuko stayed silent for a few long moments after Lacey's departure. It was just starting to get uncomfortable when Christoph began to speak.
"Yuko, I-"
At the same time, she spoke, apparently feeling the need to break the silence.
"Christoph, I-"
They both fell silent again, then Christoph started chuckling. "Sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt."
"I don't think it was an interruption. It was more of a..." She gestured vaguely, seeming to be unable to grasp the word she wanted. Not that it mattered. Christoph understood.
It was at that point that Liam approached them both. Christoph tensed himself for a scathing dressing down from the young man, but instead, he apologized! Wonder of wonders, he was apologizing to Yuko for his behavior, and sounded sincere about it, never mind the fact that she was the one that had dealt him an emotional blow. Christoph was even more surprised when Liam turned and apologized to him. He tried not to gawp like a fish and fumbled for words.
"I-it's not... Don't... Ahhh." The bartender scrubbed his hands through his hair, making it stick up in new directions. He shook his head while both hands were still entwined in his orange hair. "Liam, don't worry about it. I understand completely. Consider it done and over and forgiven." He offered a friendly half-smile to Liam.
Yuko spoke then. "Truth is often the one thing that is hardest to accept, whether it's about ourselves or our loved ones. Liam Roman Westlye, I know that my words have caused you great anguish, and for that, I truly am sorry." Her eyes looked genuinely sad. "But please don't reject truth, no matter how painful it may be. Take it from an old witch."

╚═≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎═╝ Wells put the last thing away. All they had to do was pack everything in the truck. Figuring that he gave the two enough time to talk: he turned in their direction. As he started on over, he heard Daniel gushing about the band. The redhead quickened his steps as Gavin started to respond. His right arm slipped around the blonde's shoulders when he reached the two.
"It's good to know that you like our band," Wells put a teasing emphasis on the word 'our'. After all, the blond never made an effort to talk to any of the other band members. Not to mention the fact that he didn't compliment Elijah to his face. Of course there could be other reasons for that; but the redhead could tell that his best friend enchanted Daniel. He didn't really ponder much about it though. At this point, he just figured it had something to do with his playing. The stoic drummer seemed to be perfect at whatever he took time to focus on.
Wells pulled the blond in closer to him as he lowered his voice to whisper seriously in his ear, "but...don't EVER call me that." He let go of the other male and ruffled his hair with a warm smile before speaking in a more cheerful tone. "Wells is plenty good enough!" He smiled again before turning toward Gavin.
"We havta start takin' things out..." Wells stated as he started to walk over to the equipment. "Oh," he exclaimed as he turned to look back at Daniel. "Don't worry..." he paused for a brief moment before continuing, "he'll be back soon." The redhead flashed him another smile before he picked up a few things and headed toward the door. Of course he was replying to Daniel's last question. Normally, he wouldn't answer; but he knew that Gavin didn't hear anything Christoph said to him after the fight. Thus, the drummer wouldn't be able to give a real answer.
Gavin had that barely there smile on his face for a brief moment. It appeared when the blond was talking about not wanting to change ones beliefs. His mouth returned to its normal state toward the end of what Daniel was saying. The drummer liked honest people, but for he felt like the shorter male was holding back. It wasn't a bid deal really. After all, the guy "saw" a ghost hovering about him and Gavin didn't believe in such things. It would be a bit silly to start talking about things that might be related. Others might be curious to know what Daniel saw, but Gavin could guess that the "ghost" was around the side of him that was cold. It was also probably kneeling or small. After all, the blond was looking over his shoulder to talk to the "ghost"; so the things face had to be around there. Even though he actually thought of all that; he brushed it aside and replaced it with more scientific reasoning. Not that he really pondered that much either.
One thing good that came from all this weirdness: was the fact that Gavin was completely distracted. He was no longer thinking about anything related to the fight with Ian. Of course, it was highly probable that it would all come to the forefront before the night was over. It was okay though. He would probably end up talking to Wells about it before the night was over. The drummer almost always felt better after speaking to his best friend about more serious issues; even though the redhead did most of the talking. Maybe it had something to do with the other guys personality.
Gavin kept his eyes on the blond as he looked off stage. "I know..." he responded to the part about Wells playing that guitar piece, "but he is always..." The drummer stopped in mid-sentence when he realized that the redhead was about to address Daniel's choice of words. He watched the two interact before standing up. He knew they had to finish up before Wells mentioned anything. Not long after Wells walked off the stage, he made his way over to some equipment that needed to be taken out as well. Secretly, he was glad that his best friend answered that last question for him. He didn't really like not knowing the answer to something: especially if it seemed so simple.((I hope things get better! Mine's short...))

Gothic Muffin of Doom ((A fight broke between Gavin (the band drummer) and Ian (the band bassist) but Wells stopped it, but it seemed that Ian managed to hurt Gavin, then when Wells apologized to the bar owner (Christoph) he suggested Lacey to him as a replacement bassist. Byron left the bar without any further interactions. Liam(Violet haired bartender) stopped a fight and threw a drunken patron out. There was also interaction between Gavin and Daniel (the blond guy), which turned a little awkward when Daniel fell and Gavin fell over him. Lacey and Yuko were still talking together when Mel called her. It also seems that Yuko is not pleased by how Christoph is making himself busy on purpose. Also Delavie left the roleplay. I suggest you read pages 26 to 29 (there is a lot of OOC in them anyway.) )) ((To the other rpers, I guess I'll bring Byron back the next night.)) Merry Christmas to all of you smile That's up to page 29. the rest is coming soon. Edited: Gothic Muffin of Doom -Gavin untangled Daniel from the wires, then he explained to him why he speaks Japanese spontanously (awkward moment) and then Gavin asked him why he had asked "What are you?" (Daniel was actually referring to the ghost on Gavin's arm.) -Then Wells (the lead of the band) came to help them but he was a little late and didn't interfer. - Daniel was trying to explain to Gavin (who seemed to not believe in ghosts) that he was asking the ghost not him, but then he suddenly changed the subject. - Liam made himself busy after kicking out the unruly patron, then he watched Christoph with Lacey and Yuko (Who look strikingly alike) and then when Lacey left, he went and apologized to Yuko and Christoph about his previous actions towards Yuko. - Christoph and Yuko were trying to say something when Liam came to apologize. Christoph accepted his apology and then Yuko explained that truth is the hardest to accept, and apologized if the pain he felt was because of her. - (I don't how to summarize this one but I have a feeling Wells is jealous of Daniel) Wells tells Daniel that he's glad Daniel liked THEIR band, then he tells him not to call him by his first name, before telling that the band will probably be back soon. - Gavin thought that Daniel was holding back, but it attributed this to the fact that he had seen a ghost, he also deducted that the ghost was probably on his side that felt cold and was somewhat small. This talk distracted him from his fight with the bassist earlier, He was also glad that his friend answered the question about the band coming back because he didn't like when he didn't know the answer to something. ((I hope this helps. I liked this RP and I hope it keeps on going.))
