xxxxxxxxxx// access granted A petite male sat in the middle of his bed, his legs crossed under him, still in jeans. Having arrived late, Gavin decided there was no point in trying to get to class and had spent the morning setting up his computer system by shoving the dresser of one of his roommates into the other. He now had a nice space for his desk while someone was going to have trouble getting to their cloths, not that he'd seen either of his roommates yet.
Unfortunately shortly after he'd hooked it up the power had dived and he hadn't had time to set up his generator...so he missed the raid he was supposed to go on. The guild was going to throw a fit. He was already getting texts from various members demanding to know where he was and what was going on so he'd tossed the iphone onto his bag after setting it to vibrate and let it be annoying by itself. Alright, he had sent ONE text back, to the guild leader, letting him know what was up but that was about as far as he'd responded. He had opted instead to grab his DS and pop in the latest release of FF.
A wide, happy and content smile dominated the youthful face as he occasionally brushed strands of blonde away from his face with the stylus before returning it to the screen to direct a movement or instigate a conversation. He was, as usual, wrapped up in it enough he probably wouldn't have noticed if two polar bears decided to stage an epic battle in front of him, let alone if his roommates had finally decided to put in an appearance.
"Come on, come on. No! Blast!"he muttered a cursed pout as his attack failed and he had to throw a potion on the group as the healer had died. Perfectly content in his own little world he let pesky problems like rain and blackouts happen to other people. His face shifting through a wide variety of expressions as his emotions easily telegraphed themselves across his rich brown eyes. When he finally scored he released a laugh that was brilliantly infectious as he rolled backwards and briefly kicked his socked feet before coming back up. He'd FINALLY killed that boss, it had only taken him several hours and multiple retries.
The black stylus found itself trapped between his teeth as Gavin chewed thoughtfully on the plastic and clicked through the conversation that followed just using the buttons rather than the touch screen. Eyes going wide as a new plot twist was introduced.
"Oh, that's just LOW."he announced in a mumbled voice around the stylus with a shake of his head before dropping his chin into the palm of hand and chewing on the plastic piece while snorting and making other various responses to the characters. Rolling his eyes at one of the girl's reactions.
"I'm not ANTISOCIAL, I'm just not USER FRIENDLY"

"Better to keep your mouth closed and be thought a fool, than to open it and remove all doubt."Akira started a bit as a flash of light suddenly came from one of the nearby beds. He blinked, and saw that his roommate had taken out a cellphone, and was now staring at the screen, looking slightly annoyed as usual. The silent teen had never had a cellphone. Before his father died, he didn't make enough money to give his son much of an allowance, and the only money his uncle had ever given him was to buy clothes for school. Akira had a little bit of that money left over, and thinking of that money gave him an idea. If he could make it down to the school store, where they sold notebooks, pens, and flash drives, and other random things a student might need, maybe he could buy a flashlight, or a candle. At least it would be better than just sitting around doing nothing. With the little bit of light coming from Sho's cellphone, Akira scribbled a quick note for the lighter haired boy, and rose to show it to him. 'Going to see if I can buy a flashlight'

 - * ^ Yukio Miheal ^ * - "You can probably get where I'm coming from... Yet you can't understand why I'm still smiling..." Moans were continually heard from Dorm 4 as he gripped onto the ghost's back. It went on for a pretty long time and finally silenced after a couple of hours. Yukio lied on the bed asleep for at least thirty minutes before he woke up again. His mind was a bit fuzzy from what had happened, but didn't sweat on the details. He was feeling pretty good. Turning his head lightly, he spotted Kit with his eyes closed. Whether or not he was awake, Yukio started to blush.
He actually began to remember what had just happened and couldn't get anything from himself but nervousness. Did he really just give his first time to a spirit? That...that's a little weird, but...It didn't really matter anymore. He was quite happy and felt around for his hand before squeezing it lightly. Believing the blonde teen was asleep as could be, he just whispered a soft 'I love you' to him before kissing the bottom lip. Yukio grinned in a happy, yet embarrassed sort of way after he had said that.
Cuddling closer to him, he rested his head on Kit's shoulders and went ahead to try and go back asleep. "You can't see that I'm hiding behind this smile Using it to shut off all of my problems from the outside world..."

It's hiding in the dark, it's teeth are razor sharp,The silver haired boy glared at the phone as he concentrated on forcing the yellow circle he was piloting to move the correct way. His lips pressing into a scowl naturally without any thought as he tilted the screen a bit subconsciously like that could force the action to be smoother. He only lifted his attention away from the game when he started hearing movement coming from the only other bed occupied in the room. His azure eyes couldn't find anything but vague movement thanks to his vision having adapted to the phone's bright light.
It wasn't till something moved slightly into the line of the sight provided by the phone that he realized a paper note had been written out for him. Blinking he turned the phone so the light could shine on the note as he read it quickly, his scowl got stronger as he shifted it towards the dark haired boy who was now lite up thanks to his holding the phone up like a torch.
"You have to be ******** kidding me. Your gonna wander around in the damn dark by yourself?"he demanded, as the phone made the dramatic noise that said the pacman had died. He growled at it for a moment but didn't go back to playing because he was busy glaring at Akira before huffing a long suffering sigh and swinging his legs off the edge. He didn't take off his shoes when he'd gotten in so he didn't need to do anything as he dropped his hand to hang towards the floor for the phone to act like a light at their feet as he tipped his head and started towards the door.
"Well come on. Damn, this better be quick."
There's no escape for me, it wants my soul, it wants my heart.

When children are doing nothing, they are doing mischief.Kit closed his eyes, wrapped around the white haired boy who had fallen asleep. The ghost himself wasn't slipping under because that would send him to the strange half-existence and for the moment he was content to be where he was at. So he kept the gold hidden from the world and just marveled in the moment of holding someone. Granted, one of his arms was passing THROUGH the bed to do so, but that didn't bother him so much as long as he was in contact.
He wasn't sure exactly where this put them. Faust was his now, that much was obvious, and he wasn't letting him go. But how did it all work when he had to leave the school? He'd have to go to college and get a job and basically...he'd become an adult. It was NOT a thought the young ghost was pleased with because it meant he'd loose him. But then, Kit was always better at short term and living for the moment. So maybe he should just take what he had and worry about loosing his pet when it actually happened.
Suddenly his frame stiffened slightly as words he'd only ever gotten a few times in his whole existence, and those times had all come from Nick, where whispered almost to softly to not be heard before he was kissed. Kit kept his eyes closed, breath he didn't really need held before he carefully released it and kept the appearance of sleep up until he felt Faust curl against him.
Gold flashed as he opened his eyes and stared at the opposite wall. Emotions flickering through them almost too fast to be followed. It was one thing to own someone...but love? Love was dangerous, love got people killed, love wasn't something people just GAVE to him. Slowly he curled deeper, protectively, around the white haired boy with a fierce expression taking over the surprise. NO ONE was touching this boy. No matter what he had to do to protect him, as long as Faust was in this school he was going to be safe from everything. Kit hadn't killed before, but could easily do so, had the knowledge to do so, and now he's just acquired the motive to do so.

xxxxxxxxxxʃ ɑ с ҡ . || CITY BOY - SURFER BOY || Jack didn’t have eyes for anyone but Kaito at the moment so he missed the startled reaction from the small boy that had been following his roommate. His lament slipped into an easy grin at the answer and the smirk he could make out in the faint light. It was almost a welcome enough sight to make him forget the origin of the conversation. Five in the morning. That had to be cruel and unusual punishment didn’t it? And hey, maybe the blackout would keep going. No power for the alarm, no way to wake up. Couldn’t be blamed for that! His lips parted to answer the sarcasm with a bit of his own when a small dark shape caught up to them, addressing Kaito again. And Kaito was answering. Civilly. Jack blinked. Even when he had a finger waggled in his face. And there was a wink. And Jack realized he had no freaking clue what was going on.
He watched the arm slip around the one in the sling the way he would have watched a snake scrawl out of his sleeping bag on a camping trip. He couldn’t make a quick reaction, couldn’t even process what was going on for a moment, but his eyes never left the movement. It was probably just as well. Yanking Kai away quickly would have probably jerked hard on Kaito’s sling.
Jack’s hand went into his pocket and he slipped out again with a match. A quick flick out against the nearest wall and it flared to life, creating a soft orange glow a few feet around the flame. It had the effect of seeming to reduce the entire world to the circle of the three people standing there in the hall. Jack moved the light slowly to keep the flame from flickering out, moving it until it hovered maybe six inches from Kai’s face, giving Jack his first decent look at the stranger. And if the fire made the other boy uncomfortable, so much the better. Jack wasn’t a fire bug, but he had no fear of it, no hesitation in letting the small flame start to creep down towards his fingers.
“Kai, huh?” he asked as he studied the face, sounding a good bit less amused than he had moments before. “I’m going to go out on a limb and say you two know each other. But here’s the fun part: I don’t care. Unless he says he wants to talk to you, get lost.” Kaito had said Kai shouldn’t be there, even if he was letting the other lean on him like that. Which was a saving grace because Jack was not in such a playful mood any longer. The redhead just… needed that contact to stop. It was too intimate, too possessive. Kaito didn’t let anyone but Jack touch him that way and that was how he liked it.
It didn’t help that the only time in memory that Kaito had been that willing to accept another’s touch had been when he’d been all but comatose in front of the doctor. Jack tensed, well aware he was close enough to Kaito to allow the other boy to feel it. He blew a light breath as the flame moved perilously close to his fingers, small trail of smoke aimed straight at Kai.

xxxxx ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃ ▄ ▆ ▄ ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃Kai's grin grew triumphantly vicious when he caught the reaction coming from the red-head. He didn't know WHY the male felt he had the right to be possessive and upset, but he deserved it for thinking he could touch HIS kaito.
Two pairs of eyes blinked when there was suddenly light shinning steadily around them, one slate and empty and the other honey and annoyed. It also ended the three of them from moving as Jack shifted around with his light to stand inches from Kai's face. Kaito's eyebrow arched as amusement touched the back edges of his empty eyes as Kai crossed her own eyes to stare at the light right in front of her nose and then towards the owner of said light.
"Yes? Can I help you?"he demanded in a tone of voice that was sweet and bitchy all at the same time. Given Kaito had never heard him use that tone he gave the smaller male a slightly surprised look which the two staring each other down ignored. When Jack repeated his name, Kai grinned a flash of annoyed amusement.
"Yup, that's me."he chirped, his tone laced with that same darkness reflected in his eye while Kaito slowly transferred his attention from his roommate towards his childhood.....acquaintance. Friend wasn't really the word for Kaiko and Kaito's relationship. Although the blatent posessiveness in Jack's words had a slight smirk pulling at the ice lord's lips as Kai's eyes narrowed even further. Like Jack he was no longer in a playful mood. His arm tightened a little around Kaito's which was countered with the blue haired male reaching out and slowly closing his fingers over the invading hand and opening it up.
"That's enough."his tone was arctic flat and drew Kai's gaze, which softened almost immediately before a light blush touched his pale cheeks and he let his hand slip away. He knew how little Kaito enjoyed touching, but the red-head had been doing it! He HAD to react somehow.
"Sorry, Kaito."Kai apologized softly as he unwound his arm from the blue haired heirs, but he didn't move back away from the closeness they shared otherwise. That done, Kai turned his attention back to Jack, the light of anger flaring like the flame in front of him in those expressive brown orbs.
"What are you, his bodyguard?"he demanded before inhaling and blowing out the light with a quick puff of air and another blooming of his triumphant smirk. Kaito shook his head slightly and walked away from the pair of them heading back to his room once more.
"Wait Kaito, you still haven't told me about your arm."Kai moved around Jack in an almost serpentine shift of his hips as he seemingly dismissed the red-head.
"There's nothing to discuss."Kaito monotoned before walking through the door and into his room and making a beeline for the bed. He didn't know why Kaiko was there but it frankly was annoying. She had a tendency to get into trouble and the young heir had been forced to save her multiple times in the past. Which might account for the reason why the brunette dropped on his bed without an invitation and flopped backwards so she was draped lengthwise across the bottom with the now short brown strands spreading out like a halo.
"Your mad at me aren't you?"Kai asked his fiancee with true hurt on his delicate face, a hand resting near his cheek as his head was turned to take in the appearance of the artist who had turned his slate orbs towards the door almost as if he was anticipating the appearance of someone else. A small frown pulled at Kai's full lips as he noticed the tension in the other male only eased when the red-head followed them into the room. Relaxing back against the headboard as soon as he was sure Jack was safe, Kaito's eyes softened the slightest degree. Kai sat up and gave the other boy a look lethal enough it should have caused bleeding immediately.
"What are YOU doing here? Go stalk someone else."he hufffed at the red-head. Missing the short and almost dangerous look from the blue haired male that slid his direction.
"He's my roommate, Kai, back off."The brown orbs widened at the almost...protective and possessive sound on the word 'roommate' and it would have been impossible to miss the ice sank into that statement. The brown orbs got suspiciously shinny as the younger male turned his head to look at his fiancee who was not taking kindly to a direct attack on Jack. Not that he couldn't defend himself, but Kaito just didn't like someone talking to him like that. ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃ ▄ ▆ ▄ ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃

xxxxxxxxxxʃ ɑ с ҡ . || CITY BOY - SURFER BOY || Jack physically relaxed an inch when Kaito pried the other’s hand off his arm. It had just been too personal a touch. And while Jack was more than aware that Kaito’s upbringing had been different from his own and likely his relationships with others were similarly impacted, certain things were constants. And one constant was that friends did not touch each other that way. Male friends in particular. And hardly anyone got past Kaito’s barrier far enough to even accidentally bump him. The combination of occurrences that contradicted Jack’s view of the world were grating on him, sandpaper rubbing his patience and tolerance raw. Not that he’d ever had much of those to begin with.
Jack met the demand to know if he was a bodyguard with a smirk. The lips curled back, showing teeth in something that was almost a smile the way a shark was almost a fish. “Sure,” he said in a condescending tone, one that implied Kai was way off but Jack didn’t feel like indulging her with the truth. “Why not?” His head turned away from her to follow Kaito as he moved back down the hall. He scowled when the brunette again raced after his Kaito but took a moment for a deep breath. He didn’t like this, whatever it was. He was fairly certain Kaito had never been in a relationship before but the vibes that were coming out of this didn’t say ‘casual friend’. There was too much permission, too much lenience. And from the brunette, too much damn contact. It seemed like he was touching Kaito every chance he got, smoothing out a claim and a right to be close enough to touch without fear.
His stomach twisted, but he turned in the direction of the room. He’d never planned on running away or not going after them. He’d just needed that breather, even if he now felt no better than he had before. His footsteps adopted the rhythmic confident pace he was used to using in neighborhoods he didn’t know. It was defensive and threatened a quick offensive if people didn’t get the hell out of his way.
The stance wasn’t helped when he saw the brunette had decided it was perfectly find to lay on Kaito’s bed. Jack had done that, sure, but Jack was Jack. Either the honey eyed boy was taking serious liberties in whatever relationship he had with Kaito or Jack was looking at someone similar to himself. Oddly, neither thought was comforting. Jack was the only person like himself he wanted anywhere near Kaito on several levels.
“I’m the stalker?” Jack growled, hackles raised. That was it. Even with Kaito’s verbal support Jack was done with this. He wanted to throw the brunette out and wrap his arms around Kaito until he was again convinced that he wasn’t in a position to lose him.
So he did.
Jack stalked towards the bed and in one move grabbed Kai perhaps a bit less gently than he could have, throwing the significantly shorter male over his shoulder, fully intent on toss him into the hall and locking the door.

xxxxx ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃ ▄ ▆ ▄ ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃Kai had snorted, clearly not believing the announcement that Jack was supposed to be a bodyguard. He and Kaito had, had bodyguards for years, although for Kaito not for a while now. He knew what a bodyguard acted like and it certainly wasn't like a five year old being denied their favourite flavour of ice cream. A very pissy and violent five year old.
Kai had to find out what exactly this Jack was to his Kaito, because he certainly acted like he owned the blue haired heir. The level of familiarity he had was something that Kai had spent almost his entire LIFE achieving with Kaito, so when did this guy show up? How long had he known his fiancee? Why were they even close at all? Kaito didn't like people near him so what might have sparked it.
"Yes, YOU are the stalker."he huffed, rolling his honey brown orbs to emphasis his point that it was a stupid question to ask. Obviously he was after something from Kaito, given the likely choice...it was money. Kai had his own inheritance and it was almost as large as Kaito's so there was no threat there. This guy probably was just some yuppy upstart from new money or something.
Kaito didn't do anything so obvious as sigh, as he recognized the sudden flash of temper in both of the other people in the room, but it was apparent in the stiff way he was sitting and the arctic front he was putting off as his slate gaze went from one person to the other. Only to widen when Jack stalked forward and suddenly tossed Kaiko up over his shoulder. The young heir blinked.
Kai for his part released a high pitched squeal, instinctively his hands grabbed onto the back of the school jacket his assaulter was wearing and clenched to hold himself in place as he lifted his torso up as much as possible given his position.
"Let go of me you crazy person! What are you some sort of molester! Rape! Rape!"Kai screeched, kicking his legs as the necklace he was wearing slid out of his uniform and flashed the large complex ring that hung from it.
"Jack, you might want to watch out-"Kaito's flat tone contained traces of amusement and warning that came to late when Kai dipped his head and bit the flesh nearest his teeth. Kaiko had never played very fair when she didn't need to. Usually Kaito stood between him and the rest of the world, but Kai had, had the same upbringing in the same environment. You learn a few things.
"WHO do you think you are, you...you...b*****d?"Kai growled around the fabric in his teeth as he continued to kick his legs and wiggle like a worm on a hook as Kaito came up out of the bed sure that he was going to get dropped on his head. The brunette was too busy expressing his displeasure to notice.
"Jack, let him go."Kaito sighed, pinning the red-head with slate orbs that meant it. While he didn't mind Kai getting thrown out of the room and would certainly like more time with his roommate, Kai WAS a family friend and he owed him at least that much. Then he could toss him out with a slight more amount of respect owed his position and lock the door. ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃ ▄ ▆ ▄ ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃

xxxxxxxxxxʃ ɑ с ҡ . || CITY BOY - SURFER BOY || Jack wished he'd had the ability to cover his ears at the loud protest that greeted his actions. "God, even girls don't screech like you!" he grimaced, doing his best to keep ahold of Kai and not just dump the smaller male on his head. That option was proving increasingly tempting as time went by however. He glance at Kaito and opened his mouth to respond when the little b*****d actually bit him.
"Sonuvabitch!" Jack swore, happily ready to strangle the boy. Kai had freaking BIT him. It wasn't. Move he was completely unfamiliar with but teeth drew blood. They usually meant an escalation in the fight, an allowance for low blows and cheap weapons. Jack's fingers tightened their grip to painful levels.
"I'm the one who's gonna-" he started to respond hotly, word suddenly falling short as Kaito stepped in. Violet eyes swung around to the blue ones, reading the serious expression. He was stunned. Even if they'd fought, Kaito had never chosen someone else over him, never tried to stop one of Jack's fights.
His hand let go, dumping Kai to the floor thoughtlessly. His eyes were still on Kaito, narrowed in consideration. Jack didn't have Kaito's talent with walls, but he did have the game. The game of playing with everything so it didn't mate. Didn't hurt.
"Why?" he demanded, even though he'd already done so.

xxxxx ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃ ▄ ▆ ▄ ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃"Shut up, you jerk."Kai growled, taking the comment about girls harshly and shoving a knee up towards where he hoped the bastards face was located in retaliation. He at least got a reaction from the bite, because he was not happy about being man-handled by this crazy person. Growling when Jack started to threaten him only to cut off when Kaito spoke. Releasing the bit of flesh and fabric Kai lifted his head as a beautiful smile spread across his features at the demand that he be let down.
"Thank-AH!"another startled shriek cut off his thanks as he was dumped towards the floor. Landing in a messy pile, Kai turned his head enough to give a pained glare at the red-head who completely missed it because he was staring with narrowed eyes at HIS Kaito. Baring his teeth in a snarl Kai adjusted himself to come up standing, a little sore from his unceremonious collision with the hardwood. A lift of the edges of his lips turned the sneer into a full smirk at the question.
"Why? Because I'm-"
"Kaiko."the brunette cut off abruptly at the single cold word, turning huge honey brown orbs towards Kaito who had sank into full out glacial form as he held the violet pair with empty slate orbs of his own. Kai knew that expression and dropped his head to the floor, dipping a deep respectful bow.
"Sorry, Kaito."he apologized softly, knowing better than to tread when Kaito dipped that far below freezing, even HE wasn't safe then. The slate orbs never turned towards the brunette when he uttered a single frigid command.
"Out."Kai straightened, sucking in a deep, pained breath, but Kaito's expression was a threat enough and the smaller male's shoulders sagged as he shot Jack a look that promised death. But he obediently nodded and walked towards the door. Kai needed a plan, something was wrong, very, VERY wrong and he had to fix it. His hand came up and grabbed the ring that had fallen free, holding it like a promise as he silently left the pair. His mind already working on the best way to solve this obvious problem even as he headed for his room.
"Leave her alone, Jack. Please?"Kaito broke the demand with a softer request at the end, something he wouldn't have done for anyone else. He had always acted as Kaiko's shield because she was soft and in many ways untouched by their world and he'd felt an urge to protect that. But at the same time, Jack owned him in a way no one else could and the fact that he knew the other male was upset had the cold seeping away now that they were alone and leaving behind a softer, tired, sort of flatness. ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃ ▄ ▆ ▄ ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxÐîøŋAzɑɱɨ This was a whole new experience for Dion. And he liked it. A lot. He didn't want to stop. He didn't make any noise this time he was picked up and maneuvered himself so he could hook his legs around Aizen's waist. When Aizen brought Dion to his bed and broke the kiss, Dion unhooked his legs. His breath was rapid, but the euphoria of kissing the older boy helped to distract him from the pain of breathing.
Dion reached up and grabbed Aizen's tie, pulling him down to his level, to give him another kiss. He paused in his actions to say, "I'm really happy, Ai-nii~" It was hard for Dion to stop calling Aizen that, and he didn't really want to. It seemed to fit the older boy, in a way. He gave Aizen another, softer kiss before releasing his tie. ||ooc|| o 3o New Dion pic~ ||ooc||So lend me your heart, and lend me your smile. Because a smile's contagious, and sometimes I need it.¤

xxxxxxxxxxʃ ɑ с ҡ . || CITY BOY - SURFER BOY || Jack didn’t give a damn that Kai hadn’t landed on his feet. Jack was pissed and ready to try it again, skip the door this time, and simply toss the small brunette out the window. He met the angry honey colored eyes with his own violet ones, refusing to give an inch. Besides, who would be intimidated by someone who looked like that? You could have stuck him on a shelf and sold him as a children’s doll, feminine features and all. He was practically a freakin’ girl. Though to be honest Jack’s desire to start bitching wasn’t exactly fraught with manliness either.
He gained a darkly curious expression when Kaito cut off the impending explanation. Kai had been about to say something that would go pretty far towards clearing this up, he was certain of it. But Kaito had stopped him. Kaito was keeping secrets. The blue eyed male was letting this shorty hang on him and lay on his bed and wag a finger in his face and now they were keeping something else a secret. Jack couldn’t think of too many secrets one kept from… from whatever they were. Not when there was that level of unusual contact and familiarity.
Jack’s lips curved into a smirk, eyes narrowed. Because it was either smirk or panic and his brain had been preset towards games. Game game. It didn’t matter. It didn’t matter if it was only a game because then it was at arm’s distance and you were in control. Jack was in control.
“No, I want to hear this,” he purred, anger radiating from under the darker smile. He stepped aside as Kai fixed him with a glare and left, the answer denied for the moment. He watched the smaller form leave and then turned his eyes to Kaito.
Please. Damnit, couldn’t he have said anything else? Been angry, been cold, been something other than soft for the sake of that intruder. Kaito wasn’t supposed to soften in defense of someone else. Jack didn’t even expect softness from Kaito in defense of himself. Jack was so fixated on that word he barely picked up the second anomaly.
