It can shock anything it touches and is very powerful." (Lol, going right into Genin rank jutsus eh? Alright, that's fine with me
(Edit: Scratch that on Genin rank, it is academy rank, and academy rank are only 3 post to learn. so basically, I could of just done it in one post...)
Tatsuo examined what the young chunin showed. A lightning clone which was a Genin rank jutsu made him feel ecstatic, knowing that he has the ability to become stronger. His determinations would be his greatest power, and his most self-destructive rule. He already knew about this, but he could not let it get to him. His eyes narrowed a bit as he gathered up his chakra into this jutsu, combining his elemental as well. he formed that one hand seal as really, nothing happen. He cocked his head to the left a bit, feeling a bit embarrassed about it.

Tatsuo brushed off his pants as he got ready in retrying the jutsu that he failed at first. Gathering his chakra again, he felt the surge in his body as streams of lightning gathered on the ground with a almost dead looking Tatsuo clone. His left eye twitched as he look at him, dispelling it away from this world. He sighed as he would have to try again.

Tatsuo got annoyed a bit, but knew that this was all do to being a student. He will have to try harder to impress his new teacher. He gathered once again into his hands as he form the one hand seal to summon that lightning clone. Felling that same flow again, he looked at his left side as a watt of lighting appeared, forming into a person. He then look down as it looked like a midget self of him. his left eye closed a bit as his mouth open at one side. Annoyed again, he kick his own clone as it vanished into streams of lightning.

Tatsuo knew he was better than this. Once again, he stood in position as he used even more of his chakra than usual, feeling a small tingle in his hands. He formed the one hand seal as he felt a current of lighting at his right now. The huge lightning ball was then formed into a Tatsuo look alike. The clone turned at Tatsuo and saluted him, acting as if he was a pawn to him. Tatsuo smiled as he now completed the jutsu. The clone then vanished into the ground as the current of lightning vanished. Tatsuo turned to look at Kai and smiled again at her. "What is next on the list?" He said with encouragement.

Kai nodded and took out a kunai. "Next is Isou no Justu. Or Current Transfer Skill." She said, moving LIGHINING through her arm into the kunai. She slightly touched his arm to send a shock through it. Because he didn't have electricity resistance training it would hurt and make his arm numb.
Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill)
Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current. "This is what I brought you, this you can keep. This is what I brought you, may forget me."

Tatsuo nodded but was then caught off guard of the sudden touch of electricity running threw his arm, numbing it. He squinted his eyes of the pain as he felt the electricity through his right arm. Was this to be a real action training, or was she just toying with him? It didn't matter to him now as he quickly took out his kunai from his pouch. Doing the same thing as she did, he quickly attempted to touch her left arm on flat side of the kunai which would shock and numb her arm. He highly doubt that it would effect her since he knew she had the electricity resistance training but was a good try to get some payback.

(Whats the difference in that? You still touch my body which you cause electricity to run through my arm, hence forth, auto-hit. Besides, I took it anyways. Doesn't really matter now)

Kai laughed. "When you become a genin I'll give you some resistance training to electricity ok? But for now show me you can do the three main justus; Substitution, Bushing and Transformation." Tatsuo nodded to her as a smirk crept across his face. His first would have to be transformation jutsu as he will get the other two done quickly. He look around the area to see who he will have to change to as he then look back at Kai, thinking this should be good. Tatsuo formed one hand seal as smoke appeared all around him, transforming himself into Kai herself. It was like looking at a mirror of yourself as he felt that he got the job done. He then quickly turn back to his normal self as he ready himself for the other two jutsus.

Tatsuo crack his knuckles as he felt that this would get him one step closer in his quest for strength. His next jutsu was the basic clone jutsu, knowing all to well what it can do. He stood their as his legs and feet were next to each other. Forming one hand seal, a small smoke cloud appeared next to him. A clone of Tatsuo walked out of the smoke and look right at Tatsuo, seeming ready to hit him with a fast and single punch.

Tatsuo watch the clone as he waited to give the signal to attack him. The clone just stood their, watching his boss's every move. Tatsuo turn his back at him as he waved his left index finger to give his signal. The clone saw as he rushed at his commander with high speed, faster than a normal student would see. Tatsuo look at his left side as he vanished in smoke, appearing next to Kai. A log of wood was hidden inside the smoke with a explosive tag on it, causing the clone to widen his eye. It was too late for the clone as the log exploded, leaving nothing behind but pieces of wood. Tatsuo look at Kai at the corner of his eyes as a smile appeared on his face. "So, what do you think?" He asked her.

Tatsuo caught the headband as he look at the rock symbol for a couple of seconds. He just started and already became a Genin. he now felt that he has some power, and he could now finally learn the Gentle Fist Hyuga Style. He then tied the headband to his left shoulder, knowing that this was still so much stuff he still has to learn. He look back at Kai and shook his head. "Not right now. I now need to learn my hyuga style jutsus. First one will be the Gentle Fist. I'll come find you later for more additional training." He said, waiting for her response.

| Konaga Clan | Speed/Offensive Type | Iwagakure | Genin | Coming up on the training grounds in no time at all, Shinji arrived and looked around for a teacher that could instruct him in Doton ninjutsu techniques. there were only a few more he needed to learn before the Chuunin exams came, and the more jutsu he had under his belt, the better he would feel about his chances in the exam. after a few seconds of scanning the fields, Shinji finally found someone, but it wasn't quite who he would have expected to see simply standing around, rather then being in jail. Looking over, it was the pink-haired girl again... Kai, who had taught himhis previous technique.
Confused, but clearly curious, and more importantly, in need of assistance, Shinji approached Kai calmly with a strange smirk on his face, seemingly amused to see her walking around unattended. "Man, you and the Tsuchikage must be on good terms if she let you off so easily. Sorry about before, with the whole, ya know, knocking down the tree you were standing in deal, but in my defense, you were trying ti run away from the village ANBU."
Quickly realizing that he was probably more likely to be digging a whole for himself then anything else, Shinji figured that now would be a good time to change the subject and get to the point. "Anyway, that's all in the past, and we need to look to the future. The Chuunin Exams are coming up, and I would appreciate it if you could possibly teach me a couple of Chuunin level techniques. I figure the more I know, the bigger an edge I'll have over the competition, which will let me help Iwagakure to shine. so what do you say?... You wouldn't happen to have the Ishi no Yari (Stone Spear) and Doryuudan no Jutsu (Earth Dragon Blast) techniques in your repetoire, would you? I would really appreciate some training with those."
