Ophiuchus just rolled his eyes. True, Ares was much older, and much more powerful than he - and more well-known, at that. But by far, Ophi thought himself the more responsible and intelligent of the two.
He looked around the office, and scanned the school to see what type of magic he could pick up. There was a very large source within Bai Ching's lake. The healer raised and eyebrow, and leaned on the staff that suddenly appeared - the one he showed his class the first day of school, with the entwined snakes and the wings, his healer's staff. It was genuine, a mark of his profession. The staff was about as tall as his neck, so it made a very comfortable chin rest.
"I'm going to take three wild guesses and say that first, Ares, there's something you want. Second, it's at this school. And third, seducing that young lady is key to you getting what you want - in addition to the girl herself. Speaking of which, dear, you may not want to bang your head like that. It hurts."

Akira blinked, then shook her head, her anger and color returning with vengeance. The girl wanted to yell and growl, but come on, the Headmistress was right over there and that would be so unlady like, so, instead, her voice was dangerously calm, but cold, her Demonic side swimming to the surface and giving off the aura of nothing of a child.
"What the heck have you done to Evermore!? And what are you doing HERE anyways!?" she demanded, saving the other questions for Evermore later.
Maybe he had casted some sort of spell under her best friend or something!!
...Or not. She just starred at Evermore, wondering why she'd let that creep touch her in the 1st place!

Ares frowned at Ophiuchus. "You are right on the first two, but let's get this straight: I did not need to seduce Evermore to obtain what I want." He may not care too much about morals, but he did find himself caring quite a bit about Evermore. And Evermore cared about morals--therefore, in a roundabout way, he cared at least a little bit about morals.
He just needed Evermore to understand that he wasn't using her. He wasn't necessarily above doing that, but he couldn't bring himself to use her.

Ares glared at Ophiuchus, simply ignoring Akira out of the sheer fact that he did not notice her. He was so focused on Ophiuchus and gauging Evermore's reactions that he did not realize Akira was still there.
He didn't say anything. He really ought to have disappeared by now.

Ever had heard what the stranger said, but she hadn't stopped. What HAD caused her to stop was Ares' comment. Had he just somewhat defended her? Had he just said that he wasn't seducing her to get something?
Ever couldn't believe it, but among all this chaos and embarrassment, she smiled softly.
And then she heard the others talking badly about him, and while she was normally the first to say bad things to Ares, this wasn't the time. They weren't accurate and he had defended her. She should do the same for him.
For the first time, Ever spoke up. She cleared her throat and walked forward slightly so that they could all see her. She spoke up as loudly as she dared.
"Excuse me. I am so, very, completely sorry for doing this in your office, Headmistress Krause. It was so entirely inappropriate and I will understand if you can never forgive me and never look at me the same way."
"But it has to be said that Ares put no kind of spell on me or tried to seduce me. It was completely consensual."

Arielle shook her head briefly, mentally berating herself for having opened the door and revealing the whole scene to Akira and trying to regain ahold of herself and as well as regain control. This was her school! Thinking, she stared long and hard at Ares. "Banishment, of a sort. A spell to create the incapability of returning to Bai Ching without invitation by a student or a teacher."
Too bad she didn't know if it would work on a God.

You understand that this does require punishment, correct?" She almost hoped that Evermore would change her mind. That she was simply hearing things. Her student... oh, this was such a disappointment! An embarrassment to the whole of Bai Ching, though no one outside of this room would hear of it.

Akira's eye twitched, as she knew she was being completely ignored by that cursed War God, but at least this ment he wasn't out to get her or anything...
She just smacked her forehead and groaned softly when her best friend admitted that she was under no spell and had actually agreed to do God knows what with that creep!!!
Oh good, at least the Headmitress was thinking of some sort of banishment for the weirdo!!!

"They all said that," Ophiuchus muttered darkly to himself. He finally glanced over the other girl, the one with demon blood who had walked in. "You know dear, I've been wondering the same thing. And I wonder why he's not long gone by now? I think this is the longest I've ever seen him with one girl - at a time, no less."
For all the nice-white-magic-using-guy vibe he gave off, Ophiuchus was actually a very sarcastic personality.
"Banishment? I'm sure there's something I can work up that'll work on the sleaze."

Ever felt her eyes start to fill with tears of embarrassment and sadness at disappointing her headmistress so. But she would not let Ares take the entire blame. So, she nodded.
"Yes, I do, Headmistress. And it was mutual."
And whoever this stranger was? She was really not appreciating his tone or words he was using on Ares.

Ares muttered something darkly in Greek as he continued to glare at Ophiuchus. He wanted to say something, but what Ophiuchus had said actually rather helped him. In a way. Maybe. Hopefully. He wouldn't destroy that silly sliver of possibility by saying something. He knew (rarely) when to keep his mouth shut.
He had heard Evermore's defense of him, though, and he was grateful. It touched him, and he felt almost... mushy. It was unusual.

Ever's head shot up to look at the stranger in complete shock at what he said. She didn't answer verbally, but her wide eyes spoke volumes.

Arielle sighed. It did not alleviate her wish to use a banishment spell on Ares, but it did require that she now punish Evermore. She didn't want to, but at the same time... she did. It was so confusing. She felt as if she had lost too much information that day: first Lin and now Evermore. Why, why couldn't someone have mercy on her?
To top it all off, she needed to feed her cats soon or they'd be angry later.
Nodding wearily at Ophiuchus, she hoped that whatever spell he created would be good enough. "That sounds like a plan."
