((Thats fine, I will just give you some scrolls to train with for the mean time then.. In about two weeks or so I will promote you to ANBU and then the Sannin a while after that))

Kusakage Demascus entered the building and walk slowly to the door taking in the scenery, he like the rain alot and missed it since the last time he was here on a mission back when he was a jounin. He walked up the the kage's door and knocked waiting for an answer.

The Kusakage Demascus smiled as he opened the door and walked through and closed it behind him. He took a glance around the room and found a man at the desk bent over a map. "Hello, Im Tares Demascus kage of the Village Hidden in Grass, Im looking for the kage, do you know where he might be?"

Near made a mark over the area the Hidden Grass Village was over, "Yes, it appears so. I am the Amekage, Near Halo. My ninja are all out in training, how may I help you?"

Cody Hyuuga appeared in the hallway and walked into near halo's Office. He looked around and he was Tired "Near I have some bad news" he said as he fell into a chair near by. "Samedi and Zattenai are dead." He said as he remembered the horrific event that took place a few minutes ago.

The kusakage knew one of those men but he had more important matters to attend to. "I am sorry for your loss but im here to ask a favor of you, i will put it plainly sir, i need to know one jutsu from the rain. Just one. For two reasons, the jutsu i want to learn is how to make it rain. And it needs to be powerful enough to put out fires. The first is that in my country we are going through a drought, and the second is i have an enemy who weakness is water, but i need something that will cover a vast area, so i need to learn a jutsu like this if you have it Sir."

Near looked to the left of the map, where the list of names monitoring each of the Akatsuki member's location was, and could not see Samedi or Zattenai's named. They had been erased! The first names to be erased off the list was a father to him. Near opened his mouth, yet nothing came out, "Ye-ye-yes. I.. I have that jutsu... Here" Near opened a hidden drawer in the desk and brought out 3 Rain Jutsu. One of those jutsu had to be the one he was looking for. I have to keep allied nation, THEY are coming soon. Near looked up into the Kusakage's eyes, "Those 3 are strong Rain Jutsu, feel free to learn them back in your village. I just have one request... That no ones hears about this and you keep them to yourself. I expect to see you soon. My village will be calling on yours soon." The Amekage made a notion for him to leave.

Cody stood up and walked next to Near and whispered into his ear "I am sorry I tried to stop the Two tails host but he was more powerful then I expected." he whispered. He was still a bit horrified by the explosion that the two tails made. "Next time I will be ready for him" He whispered to were the other ninja would not hear him. Only because he know that the Rain village could not know anything about What was going on.
cody smiled "Near i am going to get the bodys" he whispered to him once more as he formed one hand sign "kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique" he said as one clone appeared. He then walked out to go back to the Lightning Country (EDIT)

LT took the scroll and nodded, he was happy to recieve the scrolls, but he was also trouble at the expression the Amekage had on his face. What could trouble a man so? "I will destroy these scrolls once i am finished learning them. Thank you once again. And when you call, we will answer" With that, the kusakage bowed to the amekage and stepped out the door heading back fo his village.
