I understand that stickies are going down but i don't think we should completely throw them out. The plots and contests are enjoyable to those who do go to them. But as stated before we should definately add apon that. I love the idea of the town element. My favorite part of the whole ball was the closing ceromony.
so What I wanted to sugest was more mini games with prizes like we did for the closing ceromony. For example, one of the goals was to 'find the panda', in which we had to find the user Panda of the Twilight. We could do something like this, and for every day of the ball a different set of users will hide in somewhere in the towns/hollywood/wherever we decide for the others to find. I'm thinking 3-5 different users everyday over the course of, let's say, a week. So it'll be like a big game of hide and seek. Of course, we'll have to make sure that the hints and who has been 'found' are kept up to date other wise it won't work.
Of course, hide and seek can't be the only thing we do, we could still have the plots and the role play and the contests. The Hide And See will just be like a mini game.

I think that could be re-used if it was well planned out. It makes me feel special to know that you actually wanna re-use it. XD

XD *looks around* Are you talking about me and the hide and seek? Or am I just being full of myself? Cause if you are talking to me than I have to say that i loved the hide and seek (especially since I'm the one who found Bookie/Panda xd ), it was my favorite part.

*rubs head* I dont know about you guys, but I feel that we need a fresh start to this <_<; maybe its just me...but I'm getting really muddle headed from all the disagreements and arguments, and the various ideas coming together =(
Envy said something about the ball being aimed as a RP event...? I dont really mind if that was the case, but I have to say that if it was mainly rp as well, many will not attend too, because they do not enjoy RP =/ I do RP's once in a while...(like once every 6 months?); and thats cause I dont exactly like RP either.
We should try to find a balance for that =/ Something that everyone can enjoy, rather than a place for RPers to go.
And another stupid idea from me; since we have so much trouble deciding on a theme, as we all have so many different ideas which we want to include- how about doing something related to current events or the world?
Something that helps promotes environmental friendliness, perhaps? If we had sort of a side goal like that in mind, we might be able to come up a theme centered around it.
Smfanforever- we all know Sailormoon is popular; thats why we know it xp

we REALLY need to start organizing everything. we should get our ideas that have been presented into another thread that lists them in an organized fashion, and then we should probably vote soon.
i feel like if we wait too much longer we wont ever get anything done

smfanforever i would like to suggest that next years theme be more... sailor moon-y, most people underestimate sailor moon, but it's actually more popular than you think.

I have 2 ideas:
(sry if someone already said these)
Um why not a pure music ball.There would be a techno room, rocken roll room, rap room,country, well you get my point but that way you can lisen to your favorite style so you won't get bored!
Another one is midevil! Dungeons, dragons, princesses in need, there would be diff. scence rooms.The libary room, the tower, throne room, ball groom. etc.

Your second idea was like last years ball, except it was more fairytale-sih. <3 I loved it. Everyone seems to be leaning towards mythologies in the idea room even though I think it hasn't been officially decided. -_- The sooner you guys choose the faster we can work on the plot and the faster I can work on the comic. <3
I'm rather excited for the Ball, what ever it shall be.

Actually, Mythology was officially chosen as the theme. We had two stages of voting, and that was the one that won. Now we're working on what kind of mythology we're going with, as well as room ideas. ^_^ As far as I know.

Why don't we use each room for a different type of mythology? Like one could be Greek/Roman one could be Aztec and Myian, ect, ect, ect...?
And basically have the gods of the olden days duking it out to see who is the mightiest of them all? Awww now I'm excited about it, but I don't have the energy for it lol
