im not crazy about the whole changing genders thing, i think its fine overall, seems a tad overpowered in my opinion but lots of things do

The clan leaders are apt to have at least a bit more power than the rest. XD So they can function sort of like bosses in a game. And shoot lightning bolts out of their butts!
