it sounds reasonable to have it apply to both.

Zent0s Question: If I was to put skill points into Ninja Weapons(Ranged): (Shuriken) do I get those bonuses when throwing shuriken AND fuma shuriken? or would I have to place points into a seperate category just for fuma shuriken. >__> Actually, because they have different stats... they would be separate. But you best just asking Gid, his Kiri character has a fuma.

What's the deal on teaming up with your pets on other checks besides attacking? I had Raine and Pi pick up someone's trail together, and used this format:
Find Kimiko and Xen! Find a trail dc:20 Follow a trail dc:25 Roll: 1d20+survival Train:1/1 find trail, 1/1 follow trail.
Teamwork roll Raine: 6+14(Con)+8(handle animal)=28 Teamwork roll Pi:3+ 4(con)+15(sense)=22 Teamwork total:50
Survival skill roll Raine: 7+11=18 Survival skill roll Pi: 8+7=15 Survival skill roll total:33 55>33 success! 33>20 success!

Pets thread has yet to be updated... I think. But if you are using the methods stated here, it should be fine. I think teamwork works for all situations...

Do we have maximum post sizes here, because I often get warned about having too much in one post.

No, but you don't need to worry about double posts. You can spread it out over multiple posts.

Qyp What we do is: DC: 10 vs 1d20 + [Ability/Skill] 0/20 <-Count number of success. (10/10 for Abilities: Strength, Dex, Chakra, etc...) So your dice roll + the Ability/Skill has to be over the DC (10) to be a success. Could I recommend on this basis that brackets be placed around the variables involved so that other students do not get confused by this matter? For instance: (minimum DC is 10) + your ability modifier That would make it mathematically sound and very clear that the very minimum is 10

Didn't the Senbon used to count towards a disarming check?
Even if it didn't, why doesn't it? I mean you could easily stab someone in the wrist and cause them to drop thier weapon, leaving them open.
