Dark Minion1411 Hell_Boltz Kurokage Sanada83 looks like somebody finally got a dnf and narrowed the points a little. I wish i would have done a little better but i won't complain with a top 10. who? finally? this is my secong one... Im getting mad I cant win a race and Im starting to get bad. well i kind of needed that to happen in order to hope to get back to the top by richmond. For some reason i am barely able to get top 10's every week. I've actually been doing fairly well lately but not well enough. Top 15's don't gain points when everyone else is getting top 5's and top 10's. I need top 5's. I need to defend my title and i'm not doing a great job this season.

I should go for that other Busch but i gotta say Kasey Kahne for Pocono! Hes been pretty consistant lately and he did dominate this race last year.

And just as a reminder, to people making picks, it would be helpful if your pick wasn't hidden within' a paragraph you're writing. The NAMG 2009 pool discussion thread is separate from this weekly picks thread. And if you look at the rules on the front page, here are a couple of the rules that you see:
- Post your picks in the thread so everyone can see them.
-Driver selection will be on a first come first serve basis.
- Don't forget to post the race you selected your driver for to ensure that there's no confusion.
Example: Matt Kenseth for Daytona
If there's confusion as to what driver you pick on a weekly basis, you run the risk of a misunderstanding happening and not having your pick counted.

Problems already:
WarriorGoddess: I'm not sure if you decided to pick Kasey Kahne for Pocono or not. In the future, try to make it so when you make your race pick, it isn't hidden somewhere in a paragraph.
Hell_Boltz: Your pick of Kyle Busch was made too early. Check the rules. We make our picks at 9 pm eastern time. Also make sure you name the race your pick is for to avoid confusion.
chipthechipmunk: Your pick of Jamie McMurray was also made too early and you only wrote in his first name. In the future make sure you write in the driver's first and last name. Also make sure you name the race your pick is for to avoid confusion.
Example of a clear concise race pick: Matt Kenseth for Daytona!
