Esmeralda beamed at Shannon, hopping out of the truck. "Thanks, Shannon," she said. Looking around, she spotted both the post office and - joy of joys - a pay phone in front of it. Perfect.
"So when do you want me back here?" she asked, gathering up her envelopes.

Chris picked up his sister's bags and walked toward the sound of her voice, "Ya know Summer its not a good a idea to leave your bags lying around."
Summer looked up and the jumped down off the counter and ran and hugged Chris, "What are you doing here? Never mind there's a few people i want you to meet. The girl on the counter is Nanina, the guy is Xavier but X for short."

Nanina gave Chris a small wave and then stage-whispered, Pssst. . . Summer! Can I 'barrow' that brother? She smiled and restrained a laugh.
Shannon thought about it for a few moments and then said, An hour.
Keith could feel B getting ancy, so he urged the stallion faster, and he surged forward.

"Of course you can borrow this brother, he's the nicest of my brothers anyway," Summer whispered back. Summer dragged Chris over to Nanina, "She's going to borrow you for awhile," she then giggled. She pushed Chris till he nearly fell on Nanina.
"Hey," he said catching himself. "Umm ok sure why not," Chris said going along with what his sister said. "Don't mind my sister shes loopy, It's nice to meet you Nanina," he said holding out his hand.

Woot! Nanina giggled and ran her hand through Chris's hair. It's fine. I'm used to people being loopy. Just wait until you meet Shannon.

Emily could see Keith catching up with her and eased Apollo to a slow gallop. She could tell that they weren't far away from the ranch. Her hand reahced out and patted Apollo on the neck.

"Whose Shannon?" Chris asked pushing the hair out of Nanina's eyes.
"Wow i see that you two have hit if off," Summer said nudging him in the ribs.

Xavier had simply shrugged his shoulders when the girls had agreed to call him "X". He was pretty much okay with it. Otherwise, he listened to their conversation, watching them with slight interest. "I can say I've broken a few hearts, but that doesn't make me a bad guy, does it?" He responded when Summer assumed he had been a heartbreaker, his tone cool. At that moment he remembered Rebecca, his second girlfriend - the first being a girl named Katrina, but she had liked to be adressed as Kat. -
What had happened to them, anyway? Kat had moved away a mere two weeks after breaking up with him without a call or an email, and Rebecca just dissapeared like she had done a magic trick. Wierd...
When Chris came in, Xavier looked up. "Hello." He said. He was happy to have another guy, due to the fact most of the people here were girls. Oh well, that was okay too.
He shifted a little when Nanina and Chris started stroking each other's hair, looking around the room with a slightly curious air.
"Yeah, I guess we are." Kahlilia replied to the quote, laughing a little. Benvolio evantually slowed to a trot, and then to a slow saunter to let Phoenix catch up.
"They must be really tired," Kahlilia said quietly. "Oh well, they were just running around." But of course, that was quite obvious, and she blushed apogetically. She was relaxed, petting Benvolio and patting his neck gently. His ears twitched a little in response, but otherwise he didn't seem to mind.
After a few minutes of riding, the huge red barn came into view. "We're here," She told the three around her in a light voice. Benvolio seemed happy to have reached the barn, and even more happy to see his stable when they were close enough to have Kahlilia dismount and take off his sadle and reins.
She looked over at Roman as Benvolio walked into his stable and lay down. "Do you know where Phoenix's stable is? I don't think I've ever seen him in here." She closed the door on Benvolio's stable and studied them curiously.

Having fun? keith asked as he drew up beside Emily.
Nanina leaned back, scooting farther onto the counter. I really have no need for a brother now. Sorry. Guess you have to go back to being Summer's brother. She smiled pitifully, then answered his other question. Shannon is my aunt. She runs this camp.

Chris turned toward Xavier and said, "Well that's to bad, Nanina Hey what's up?"
Summer said, "X I don't think your a heartbreaker but i don't really know you all that well. Do you consider yourself one?" she asked him.

"Nothing much, just chilling." He replied to Chris. " 'nd you?" Xavier did not say 'and', he said 'nd.' Then he turned to Summer and said, "I dunno, I guess it depends on the observer. As for me, I wouldn't consider myself one. You guys should have seen Nanina's ex!" He let out a low chuckle at the recurring thought of Mavric.

" yes I am" Emily replied sitting up a bit more now that Apollo was going at a good rate.
She could see the ranch was in within her eyesight and sighed. The day had gone by so fast that she was suprised.

"That's weird i would hate if that happened to me, Oh so you two are dating," Summer said holding in her laugh. "How long you been going out?"
Chris moved and leaned against a wall, "Just thought I'd join Summer make sure she stayed outta trouble," he said to Xavier, "Summer leave them alone."

Xavier returned the smirk. "We'll see about that, then... " He said, voice deepening by a notch. "Think I don't know he's a total freako? I didn't even really have to talk to him!"
Xavier puffed out for the second time when Summer assumed he and Nanina were a couple. "Maybe," he said. "Thats for us to know and for you to find out." He arched one eyebrow at her.
"I have a sister too, so I know what that feels like." He told Chris. "And its all good. Don't mind."
