Ranu nodded his head in respect. "Lady you out do my entire village." He looked north a moment. He did when remembering. "My own story is less hopeful. My village lay to the far north, over the ice and snow. There the men are trained young in war. Perhaps that is why many escaped." he paused, museing. "We were attacked in dark by foul creatures you cannot find in this warmth. After a fight we were forced to flee south. On the way we fought and won many small battles. My mentor, who teached me my sword skills had an argueement with the caravan leader." Due to me "Him and myself left the group and on the move he taught me the skill of wind control, aswell as fire. They were happy days. He taught me much. Upon entering Middle-Earth a creature attacked in the North of Mirkwood. I had gone for water and returned to discover his body" Ranu looked down. "I burried him, and decided to continue his life goal, that evil everywhere should perish." He looked up again, locking eyes with the elf. "So now I travel killing bands of Orcs where I may. I travel now to Lord Elrond because he was my mentors mentor. It is my hope he can advise me."

((I am here... I just am waiting for a reply for there's nothing I can do till he returns))

"If you can enter Rivendel then it is most likely that Lord Elrond will give you aid." Sila finally commented. She was always stand offish around men, but this one... he seemed alright... He had done nothing to offened her, and he was from the north. She would be fine with him until he slighted her. Then she would be casous.

"Lord Elrond can control who he alwos into Rivendel, so if you are granted entry he will most likely aid you, although sometimes his aid is in riddles. I doubt that he would refuse you something as simple as help. After all you seem to be a good man." She commented, smileing a bit.

Ranu nodded his head to Sila. "Thank you for your kind words." He looked around at the dead. He seemed unaffected but inside he felt sad. So many lines cut. "I can do the fire, my mentor taught me many good ways to make fire and wind. Not as good as magic but still handy."

"It is a tradition in Rohan to bury their own dead and burn the enemy, once they have decapitated them. We do not have the time to dig graves, but the fallen men do deserve some honour. And if we do not burn the bodies, the rotting corpses will spread disease to those passing."

Elrothiel spoke softly, but she was determined. She knew that time was short, but she was not prepared to leave the Rohirrim men's bodies on the field of battle, to be found by another group of raiding orcs and defiled. She was not human, but she had had friends from many lands when she was younger and she wanted to honour their traditions.

Sila looked over at Ranu, strangle. Had his mentor never spoken any Elven to him. "If he has meet Lord Elrond then I would assume that he has been in Imladri-" She stopped and closed her eyes. She knew what it was that was casueing the problem. "Imladris," she said opening her eyes and looking over at Ranu, takeing a breath deep breath before she continued. It was not his fault after all. "Is simply the Elven name for Rivendel. Much as Legolas is the way that men pronounce Lequleasse."

She looked at the bodies then. "And it would be hard to do the same here, as what you would do in the north..."

(Lequleasse is close to the actual way that you would spell Legolas' name in Elven. Neat, hu? )

"really?" Sila asked, surprised. "I am surprised by that, but..." She shrugged. "It is not really my buisness."

She walked awy from the man and back towards the others with her bow still ni hand. She stood a bit off to the side as she listened to the convronsation.
