Hi! My name's Illaura though I typically go by Izume or Kate...yeah, I know, big jumps there. I'm 17 and from the most boring town on earth. I'm going to start college this July to be a video game designer and once I get my masters degree I'm off to Japan! *woohoo* I'm trying to learn Japanese using audio CDs and every "learn Japanese" book I can get my hands on, but it isn't working out very well because I'm extremely busy being the yearbook editor-in-chief, technical and photo editor as well as the newspaper's editor-in-chief and entertainment editor. ^_^

Well then, I suppose that it would be my turn to introduce myself next. I am the one and the only Keikoku Urahara. I have been studying Japan's culture and language for the last eight and a half years. I am quite knowledgeable on many topics of Japan, but like anyone else still have much more that I can learn from you all. And who knows maybe I can teach you a few things as well. Thank you and see you on the forums.

Hello ^.^ My name is Rasai. I'm 23 years old and I consider my interest in the Japanese culture as a hobby. I've taken basic Japanese language courses in high school, but obviously that was a while ago, so I'm gonna be a little rusty for awhile. ^^; I'm going to be taking Kendo classes pretty soon, and I'm going to try to teach myself the language. I might also be visiting Japan in the next year or two if everything goes well.

Um... Good evening, I'm Travis. I don't know much japanese. ^^;;; I'm 15, and I've been wanting to learn since I was 11, but I can't seem to get accepted into that stupid high school class... So I resorted to the great Internet! xD;;; Hoping to find help here, I already know a bit... My computer shows Kanji/Hiragana and I think katakana, but I can't figure out how to type it yet... GRUNNY
