Lauren looked up at the girl since she still didn't know her name not missing a beat she responded, "Both actually." She looked her up and down, "Of course you wouldn't know that now would you." She didn't move from her position but only smiled at her. Lauren was used to people talking and looking at her funny because of the way she acted so the woman didn't bother her at all.

Rainick sighed they were both still children, honestly now. "Children, behave, can you both please play nice for 5 minutes, no if's ands or buts, be good" once more leting out a sigh "what were planing is helping someone of the manor bring someone back from the dead, this is serious buisness, the mind games you two play with eachother need to stay out of this." he looked at the herbs "once more, i thank you for your help Aeris, but so far as i can tell there is no other herbs or medicin of this realm that we need, if there is i wont hesitate to come to you." he looked to lauren "the statement i said goes for the mind games you are attempting to play with me aswell i do not wish to hurt anyones feelings, but this is a stressful and important process that we are going to attempt.i cant let us get it wrong."

Halco took a deep breath still holding dusk tightly in his arms, his eyes began to turn black, his control sliping, he backed up slowly with dusk, until he fell back onto a small love seat in the room "you sure you want to let this happen here of all places, the main entrance, you know, the most walked through room in the manor." he was surprised he was holding out this long, he wanted nothing more than to drink from her now, among a few other urges...but those wernt the problem right now. "im not kidding, we start this here, this is where we finish it to, no matter who shows up. i wonder what your father might think"

Aeris shook her head "To aruge your point would, just proving you right .so I wont "Aeris Gasp an her eyes grew wide then a stern look appered on her face"Ranick, your a doctor but I am a Priestess, Bring back those from the great plans i can not allow. "The jewel around Aeris neck began to glow. a faint pink glow "Your very welcome Ranick.Well i do know how to use the portals i can go get Herbs from other realms as well if you like."Aeris sighed "I dont play any games ."

Halco smirked "all common sense says yes, we should go upstairs, but my ability to care about such things is fading fast." he reached for her arm pulling her down to him for a kiss, his hand almos wraped around her, but then made a fist as he pulled away from the kiss. "dammit, common sense strikes again, lets go upstairs." he smiled trying to stand up...although she was ontop of him so that would be rather dificult "hmmm....."

Rainick looked to Aeris "im sorry, do you know nothing of your family, ask the one called john once he can fully remember, if you didnt already know." his eyes widened for a moment realizing what he had told her "im sorry, i have spoken out of line, i did not intend to...forget i had said anything" he looked to lauren "no you really shouldnt, but i know you will anyway."

Lauren just chuckled at his comment about her pursuing him. She didn't care about the girls situation at all but when seeing the look on her face she raised an eyebrow. "I would turn that look to someone else. I know my father and lived with him for 18 years." She then tilted her head and smiled, "sad for you." She then stood up and sat on the desk while crossing her arms over her chest. "Why don't you just run away crying now since we have business to attend to." She then lifted a hand and waved it at her shooing her off she didn't care how Rainick responded to how she was treating this girl she didn't like pity toward her.

Rainick sighed "one day you will understand, as for now, i should not have said anything, i shouldnt even know that in the first place, but i know many things i shouldnt." he looked to lauren immediatly after she made her horrible comment "LAUREN stop that, leave her alone"

Halco stood up as soon as he was able to, trying to hurry before he changed his mind once more. taking Dusk's hand he lead her upstairs, thinking about both of their rooms he went for the one that was closer, her room. he still needed to get them a room together, he had been a bit preocupied lately though. "common sense is a bit of a bipolar indecisive b***h." he added with a chuckle "but then, when your trying to do something you want to do everything seems to get in the way, so it cant all be blamed on common sense, i blame everyone else." he smirked

Lauren huffed and looked over her shoulder at him, "Shes a grown woman she can pick and choose her own fights." She then turned to look at the girl, "I guess it was to much to assume she could defend herself from a small comment." She stood up from the desk while crossing her arms, "Not like a father is necessary." She wasn't going to apologize for anything she said if she didn't like it the girl could have grown a set and said something back obviously she couldn't.

((sorry guys, i dont know how much im going to get to post, my laptop up and fried itself...so yeah thats fun times for all...ugh, the good news is i have managed to make my old destop actually slightly sorta kinda work, but it is really slow and just loading a webpage is like 15 minutes, so unless i can clean it up a bit i wont be on much.))

Halco chuckled as dusk nipped at his neck every now and then "really, were doing this now...not that i object." he laughed "i guess you could say that they do." they reached the door and he pulled the door open motioning for dusk to enter then said with a smile "ladies first." in a way as if he was hinting at something other than just entering the room.
