Dusk felt the slightest heat pool under her cheeks as Halco laughed, made that note and continued on with his touching rant of sorts, earning a slight smile, only altered by his following comment as a light laugh broke past her lips as she leaned up. "Thanks... you dork" she sighed softly against his neck, smiling still before the urge took over and she bit into his neck, and almost the instant his blood touched her tongue she began to feel that hunger lull away, pulling him closer as she drank.

Rainick chuckled "i could practice on something first, but i need not, i can go over everything in my head, everything that could go wrong, every mistake i could make, and correct it first, do this enough and theres nothing to worry about. i dislike testing things on the unwilling and animals, and seeing as a dead man cannot say yes, i would not wish to bring him into a world where all his loved ones are long since dead." when she said she might enjoy looking at him he smirked "so thats what this is all about, you dont give up once you have decided do you." he raised an eyebrow when lauren brought up halco contacting people "oh i know all about that, he's not the best at keeping things under the radar, and he is doing far more than getting something for alex, what exactly im not sure of yet."

Halco smiled "yes love, i am a dork, but im your dork" he clenched his teeth for a moment then sighed as she bit into his neck, never did fully get use to that feeling, maybe never will, but that might just be a good thing. he wraped his arms around her as she drank from him he was just happy to hold her in his arms. one hand still holding the small box he looked at that over dusk's shoulder for a second, then just looked down at dusk once more "your getting a bit to good at this part, or maybe im getting worse, your going to make me lose my cool...not that i ever had any." he thought for a second "that doesnt mean stop" he chuckled lightly

Rainick half smiled "I'm sure you are ready to take my pace, but the pace of the old is slow, the pace of a teleporter is fast, so you should know I'm quite erratic, have you experienced such a thing before? do you think you can follow that?" he chuckled lightly "yes the human that just left the manor, someone to watch carefully, however the boy seems to trust him." as Lauren resituated herself he thought for a moment "so long as the soul is acquired properly, I predict the chance of failure is minimal, however what the boy hasn't told us is that he intends to get the soul from a deal with a demon, and a powerful one at that, the blood contract that demons offer is never truly beneficial to the signer, I must watch this closely as well."

Aeris was out in the Forest picking up some herbs. she thought the manor was Low on, gathering some lavender an sage an some other Herbs she bring to Ranick.Aeris walked past her sister in law Charlotte an the twins an her bother an smiled in greeting an continued passed .Walking into the manor she Smelt a two new humans scents that were there before .Aeris arched an eyebrow , looking around .then Saw Raven an the human titled her head looking strangely at them .shook her head an made her way up to Ranicks office an walked saw lauren walked past her an set the Herb-basket on the table.an started putting the Herbs away"I went out an got some more herb for the manor Ranick , lavender ,sage just the basics ."Aeris was talking with her back to them "I hope i wasn't interrupting, anything To intament." Aeris tried to hide the bit of Sarcasium in her voice..

Dusk was in her own little world as she drank, but subconsciously hearing his sigh had driven her on a little to drink quicker. Getting pulled out of her thoughts she almost pulled away at his comment until she heard the quick amendment, making her drink deeper for now at least, lightly tapping the other side of his neck to announce she had a comment to that, but she doubted she would speak it when she was done.

Halco sighed lightly once more, he was much better at controlling his urges, his thirst, but now even he felt it pulling him in, pulling him away from the world and everyone in it. "ok, now it's probably best to stop, or im not going to be able to." he wasnt kidding either, to much more and he might join in, unsure if he could really hold back, which is why he had said it was best to stop.

Dorian was just confused by what was going on here. It meant nothing to him really, in all honesty he was surprised that vampires could even have kids and more surprised that they bothered marrying. Especially since broken homes caused enough trouble when you had a short life never mind an eternal one. he really did not know what to say to any of this either and just looked to Raven for a bit of help.
