"eh?" Tosatsu looked up to see a cloaked man, soon he realised who it was. "Kage-sama... err... I mean... Ex-kage-sama." What a relief, at least we know he isn't dead. "What are you doing here!? Why did you leave Otogakure?"

Kaito was stunned for a moment......Here was the former Otokage alive and well!
Kaito fell on one knee: "Sir!" was all he could say for the moment. He then heard Tosatsu asking his questions.
Kaito quickly stood up and looked around him. Across the street there was an inn.
"We should not discuss this here! Please follow me." He said as he walked towards the inn.
Inside the inn he quickly ordered a room and they all walked upstairs the room.
Finally inside the room, Kaito relaxed.
"Now you can answer Tosatsu's questions, sir..."

Now everything was ok, Kaito sighed and put dwon his mask, next to him.
"First of all....I'm glad to see you're doing ok. Second....as for the status of the village....."
He paused, trying to find the right words. Then everything came out like a giant waterfall.
"Most off the people are confused, we don't know how our relationships are with the other villages, since you didn't come back to Oto to report what was discussed during the Kage meeting here in Konoha, that's why we were sent to see if we could get a report from Konoha, about the meeting and in the meantime our new Kage is leaving for Suna, to beter our reletionship with them!"
Kaito paused again, this time to catch his breath.
"Sir...you would help us a lot if would walk with us to the Hokage office and introduce us to him/her. We need to report to them that we come in peace. We need to tell them about the new Otokage and we need to ask them a written report about what is discussed during the Kage meeting."

Kaito didn't know if he should be happy or disappointed.....
The fact that Oto had no hostility towards any other village, was a happy thing. But the fact that Oto didn't have any trade rights or alliance with another village, was disappointing. He sighed and looking at his partner he said:
"Very well.....might as well get to the Hokage office right away...right Tosatsu?"

Tosatsu simply nodded, he was lost in deep though trying to process everything that was going on. Hmm... our village has also become weakened by times of peace, hopefully things will change soon or we may pay some dire consequences.

Kaito looked then at O-kagasho and nodded.
"Let's to do this and then go home. There are a lot of thing that must be done, in the village."
He said as he stood up and walked towards the door.
"Please lead the way, sir."

Shögo smirked lightly as he stepped through the village streets with Cerbi mounted on his back lightly.
"Alright Cerbi-chan, where would you like to get food first?"
He looked over his shoulder at her for a moment then grinned lightly.
"Do you think you're strong enough to use your own two legs yet? Since it'd be easier for you to guide me around as I've never really explored the village before..."
He smirked again with a sincere peace in his face idly talking with her.

Cerbi grinned and nodded. But then she noticed he probably couldnt see that. "Yeah, I think I can," she giggled. She gently got off, and was a little wobbly on her legs. But she held onto Shögo's arm for a bit of stability.
"I want some ramen. So lets go to Ichiraku's," she grinned up at him before walking in that direction. She still had to hold onto Shögo, but she was getting better. Many villagers watched in interest, a couple whispering to each other. It wasnt long before rumors were flying around. Cerbi grinned sheepishly.
"Sorry, it's because you'rw with me. You'll get dragged down too with this whole thing."

He blinked lightly at her last comment about the being brought down with her thing.
"Brought down about what?"
He wasn't sure what was going to happen all for him being attracted to the hokage, and seemingly vice versa. He wasn't sure really but continued to follow Cerbi as well as help keep her balance from falling any.

She grinned and rubbed the back of her head sheepishly with one hand. She heard some of the villagers musings already, so she would openly admit to him.
"Some are doubting whether I'll be able to protect any more like this. Others are saying that I'm getting distracted by you," she looked away and blushed. It was a little true, but who couldnt be? She personally didnt really care about what they said, she was by far used to people doubting her.

"Eh, let them think what they will, I'm here now, if they really care, I'll help in the defense of the village."
He squeezed her hand and smiled over at her. He hoped they would get to the ramen shop he was getting hungry himself.
