"Because adventure awaits us!" Sophie declared, pointed dramatically at the sky. "But, not in the sky. It's gotta be out in the forest nearby or something. Maybe we'll meet new friends!"

"Then why are you dragging me along?" said Tamryn, crossing her arms in front of her. Her legs being drug on the ground, unable to stand on their own. "Literally I might add. Could you just let me walk beside you like normal?"

Tamryn stood up on her own feet, dusting herself off. "I would have thought it obvious. But no matter. They can be cleaned."

"Okay." she said, nodding her head. Then she knelt down and brushed off Tamryn's boots, focusing on making them cleaner. "Sorry again... I feel bad about getting them all dirty.."

Tamryn's cheeks turned a barely noticeable pink, before she grabbed Sophie's shoulders and lifted her up onto her feet again, "Stop that. They're just boots."

Sophie looked at her and smiled. "Yeah, but they're your only boots right now. So, we gotta take good care of them, right?" she said, nodding her head. "Though, I guess if they get ruined, I could carry you.."
