The AI backed away from Kaito and raised his rifle and fired. Of course, this was a near miss and at first glance a warning shot but only a few moments later Brute tribe member made a death cry.
The Brute clung onto his bleeding wound which used to be his eye before he fell onto the ground with the cloaking device flickering in and out.
The AI lowered the rifle and looked at Kaito, still the same indifferent gray eyes.

Kaito's face paled and he looked back slowly with shock, "Oh my gosh, that was close, thank you very much" He smiled at the AI, "Come on, we're going to go to a safe area.

The AI didn't say anything but looked around for more threats or anomalies. He found Konzen and the GUARDIANs as a target and aimed his rifle at them. The small AI was ready to pull the trigger and open fire. . . .

Kaito snatched the gun away from him and shook his finger at him, "They're friend! Don't hurt them!" He sighed.
". . ." Taito was watching from below curiously.
"He's the same model as the Shion family" Negaito pointed out.

The AI just simply blinked at Kaito and looked at the rifle. Still, he was emotionless and hollow.

Kaito looked at the rifle and then to the AI and he shook a finger at him like any parent would, "No, that's not how you handle a situation all the time. Sometimes, you just have to jump into the fray of things."

"You're a bit useless as an AI. . . Aren't you boy?" Angel watched the Junkyard onscreen. She narrowed her eyes and then looked towards the screen with Sonia still submerged in the water of the core room. "But you want a playmate, don't you?" She made the thin smile before punching in command codes to the production program of the Junkyard, "Let's see. . . . Why send in data that can easily be corrupted when you can just send in a Death Dealer?"
She dialed some numbers and picked up the phone, "Roulette, mind sending a team of three to take care of a few gods?"
"Three? Why not four?"
"Are you implying that three cannot handle gods?"
"I am implying strategy. As in all gambling events. One to set the trap. One to bait. One to take the first round and the last to finish them off. Can't be done with just three. . . ."
"As always Roulette. You like to pull the odds to your side. . . . . I would do this myself but Brimstone's old policies are keeping me here. Hmmm. . ."

He was still blank, no telling if he even understood it at all or not.

Kaito let out a sigh and put a hand on his head, "We could use your help. We're being chased, will you come with us?"

No words to hear, no facial expression to read, this was like staring at a blank screen when anyone was trying to talk to him. Mute and emotionless, he started to think about his objectives before pulling out a pistol from its holster and shot at Ven which he had spotted from his position.
"Ven!" Hera flinched at the gunshot that was directed at them.

Ven was hit before he could turn and he was hit square in the chest, his eyes wide and then partially closed with agony. What did he ever do to get shot?! He fell to one knee gasping for air as Thorn came to his side as well trying to recover the younger god.
The other Vocaloids went into a panic. What was going on now?!

The AI once again fired his gun and shot down Hera. He had a pretty damned good eyesight even without the scope of the sniper rifle.
Hera yelled out and held her bleeding side as she fell to the ground. "What in the name of. . . ." She winced at the pain.

Taito ran to Hera's aid and was placing a protective hold over her while Mikuou and Miku were rushing to stop her bleeding.
The Vocaloids surrounded the gods to try and dress wounds and keep the AI from shooting again.
