gregar828 ...........yea you do realize weed is worse than tobacco right? weed is good man, also i take it cause of medical purposes. also its been proven that it dosnt harm the body in any way >.> it just impairs you for a short amount of time depending on how much you smoke

Just because it has fewer artificial toxins does not mean its better. What about the natural toxins?
And thats correct Cipher. I dont think ether of you should be promoted to genin, seeing as you did not learn ANY medical jutsu, and you learned Kai without being taught by someone (Yes, I'm making that a requirement. Someone else has to teach Kai, it's just something you cant learn yourself.). And You, Interest, because you messed up on learning your jutsu. Just because your a speed ninja does not mean you can learn jutsu twice as fast with half the posts.
