Rave chuckled and brought her into a hug, kissing her lightly on top her head, "Now now... That's not true, Gambler." Though his ears were trained on what was being said in the shed. If Monty harmed Eldin at all, he would be in there within seconds.

Landing on the floor with an 'oof!', Eldin looked up at Monty with wide eyes, "Um, well... um..." He gulped and then took in a calming breath. "Um... K-Kalore got taken by Eri... and well... we can't touch him... S-Sir Rave said that th-there's some contract... I um... well... uh..." Another small gulp and Eldin tried to continue. "I-If we get him, th-then we lose a v-very valuable asset to L-Lord Kyin's inf-formants. B-But... If someone were to j-just kidnap his b-best dancer or something, th-then we wouldn't be blamed... A-And then we can j-just move on..." There was more, but that's all that Eldin could get out at the moment.

Chuckling deeply, Rave kissed the top of her head again, "Well, that's good to know... I don't think I would have enjoyed the couch..." He smiled softly again but then looked at the shed, "He really won't harm him... well, not too badly... will he?" Rave knew that Monty wasn't a fan of Eldin, and that worried the man.

When Monty backed off a little, Eldin relaxed slightly, "Um... Eri runs a club... I know that K-Kalore used to work there as a dancer... M-More than likely that's what he is g-getting stuck doing again." From what he knew, Eri and Kalore were close at a time and he worked there willingly because that was just something that the other elf liked for some reason. he liked to show off that he could do something that entranced other people. Probably one of the same reasons he got that tongue ring. Gulping slightly, Eldin continued, "W-Well... Eri is st-still in love with Ka-Kalore we think... But I think th-that he just wants the m-money that comes from having him..." No one could resist Kalore when he didn't want to be ignored, man or woman, straight or gay. And Eri knew that. Being a club owner, that was a valuable asset.

"Well now, if you joined me then that would be fun..." Rave had to sigh, "I see... Well I wasn't lying when I said that Lord Kyin would be on his a** if something bad happened to Eldin. Dusk told me that he had gotten Kyoshi and Monty both trapped in shadows... That would have been interesting to see..."

Gulping slightly, Eldin went to the chair slowly, huddled up on it, obviously not liking being alone with the demon. "Um... b-basically... Y-You see, if m-me or Sir Rave or L-Lord Kyin went to get him, e-even Lady Cec-... Dusk, or Talon or the Venom, it would be a political problem... R-Rave compared Eri with that man, L-Lech... Hated but needed..." He didn't know the problems with Monty and Lech so he continued.

"If someone else were to go in there, th-then it wouldn't be a threat. A kidnapping is possible and the elven race w-wouldn't be responsible if a d-demon decided to grab someone of v-value. Anyone would be g-good as long as they w-weren't involved in the c-contract. B-But, that pers-person has to be able to get in and out without g-getting fatal wounds. E-Eri's really powerful, and too many people going w-would cause t-too many problems."

Eldin noticed the intent to kill and immediately went on edge. Bringing his legs up he was ready to sprint out of there the moment something went bad. "Y-Yeah. I never talked with either one much, so I'm j-just going off what S-Sir Rave said."

"Hm... It would be... Once this is over I think we should test out that couch... As for now, I think Kalore would rather we wait for his return, no?" Rave kissed her cheek, smiling sadly. There was nothing that Rave could do, and he didn't like that at all. He had never felt this...useless before. Monty was their best shot and Rave actually prayed that he went with the idea. Kalore needed him this time.

Kalore was sitting in a booth drinking some alcohol that the bartender gave him. "You look like you could use a pick me up, babe," She had said, giving him a sad little smile. With a nod, Kalore went over to the booth, watching the place that he used to love. People had heard that he was back and loved it, flocking over to the club to watch him perform on stage or dance with him on the floor or just be a bartender. Women mainly, but there were a couple of men. Sighing, he took a swig. His voice was still gone but Eri had told him that he would try to reverse what Lucien did. The two had the same powers, so hopefully it would work. Hopefully.

Gulping slightly, Eldin nodded and went to the door, opening it as Rave kissed Gambler's forehead, muttering, "I know..." When the door was heard, he locked eyes with the boy, making sure that he was okay. "Now what?" "M-Monty wants me to lead him to the club." "Do you remember where it is?" "I-In Harl, right?" He nodded. "Yes. It's the best one there... Just be careful..." "Won't M-Monty need to be masked or something?" Rave shook his head, "Harl's on the border... Non elves are there all the time as long as they've got the money to get away from the council there." Eldin blinked and nodded, stepping out as he gulped again, "R-Ready?"

Eldin gulped and soon was walking to the borders of the different regions. As he walked, his hands moved and his clothes changed into something different. Instead of his normal outfit of simple clothes, he was in dark jeans and a red and black top, converse shoes, and a couple accessories. He still looked barely legal, but it helped up his look. Looking at Monty, Eldin gulped again. "W-When we get there, K-Kalore may or may n-not be on s-stage... D-Do you have any ideas of how to g-get him out?" Eldin wanted to know so that he would be prepared to high tail it out of there...

Sighing, Rave brought her close and kissed the top of Gambler's head, "I hope things go well..." He really did. Rave wasn't normally a spiritual person, but it was getting to the point that something had to be done other than what they were doing so far. So why not ask whatever was up there?

Sighing, Rave nodded and had her close to him, holding Gambler. "Yeah... He won't kill Eldin and Kalore, right?" Rave knew that she didn't really like him thinking like that about Monty, but he didn't like Eldin at all and it was obvious... That worried him. And with Kalore having to be saved all the time, Rave didn't know how the demon would take to it.

Eldin nodded as they came up to the border between Harl and one of the Areas. There weren't any guards here because most of them were off either at the clubs or partying someplace else. "I see... There's an actual cafe around here... It's in between here and the club so I'll wait there..." The two walked, Monty getting odd looks but no one said anything about it. He looked hot and rich, so why kick him out?

As the two walked on, they passed a nice cafe. "Here's where I'll be. Keep going and you'll find a club. It'll be obvious which one is it because the lights will be in purples and blues and the line will be the longest." Nodding to Monty, Eldin waited just long enough to see if he had any questions.

Nodding, Rave brought her closer, "Okay." He wasn't going to say anything more on it because it wasn't his place. Rave didn't know Monty well enough to make assumptions so he wouldn't. Kissing her cheek, he spoke softly, "Are you okay?" His main concern now was Gambler seeing as there was nothing about Kalore, Monty, Eldin, and Eri that he could do.

In the club, Eri was grinning. People had flocked to the place hearing that the best dancer and host was back. Kalore on the other hand was at his side with a small frown. He didn't like this. Eri had told him that all he was to do tonight was work the bar and floor and look pretty. At least Eri had some respect in that aspect. Sighing, Kalore looked around. It used to be that being in this position was a great thing for him. Kalore loved this place, and he used to love Eri. But... Things change.

"Oh stop looking so upset..." A kiss on his neck brought Kalore back into the stiff reality. "You used to love this place..." Glaring, all the blonde could do was just sit there and deal with it. In his mind though he just screamed curse after curse to the man as they both stood on the second floor balcony, looking at the people below.

Eldin nodded and soon was sitting at the table, sighing. He didn't like Kalore at all, but this was just getting ridiculous. Eldin wasn't lying when he said that the only time he wouldn't care if Kalore got hurt was in honorable combat. Things like this though? When things like this happened Kalore and Eldin were close comrades. Kalore would do the same for the kid.
