Blinking, Eldin nodded, "Either one would be a good choice... And unless we're kicked out, Sir Rave and I aren't leaving anytime soon. I don't know about Kalore though. He seemed like he was pretty upset..." Eldin didn't like Kalore, but that didn't matter. They were still a team... Sadly.

Nodding she looked at the plate. "If I your ever uncomfortable about someone just tell me. I'll make sure that they don't mess with you." She said and ate some more apple slices. "I like having you three here. I know we haven't spoke alot but I would like to get to know you three more. We are family now." She said with warm smile.

Eldin raised a brow, "Can Monty be the person I'm uncomfortable being around? And, I like it here. I don't like the noise, but I do like this group, for the most part. The twins and Joker are really awesome, and you are too." He smiled kindly at that. Eldin really did like this group, in fact he liked it a lot.

Gambler grinned. "You know that makes me feel so much better. I thought you might not like me. Though, the only thing I could do about Monty is kill the man but I don't think that would be possible. He's the only one that will do the bad jobs with me because he's the only one who can stomache them and well, he's detached in his work. Meaning, I need his cold hearted, arrogant self to help stop those really bad guys out there." She said but looked at Eldin with affection. "I'll keep him away from you though."
Monty finished fixing the inside of the shed, making it bigger than last time and he had furitures delivered to that residence that he was organizing in the shed before he put up some weapons. All thoughts of Kalore, however, were kept at bay from all this working.

The boy nodded in thanks, "Thank you, Miss Gambler... I mean no offense... But I really don't like him." Eldin's head dropped. He wasn't used to not liking people because there were very few people whom Eldin didn't get along with. Looking around, he sighed and didn't really know what else to say.
Sighing, Rave knocked on Gambler's door, not at all happy, but there wasn't anything else that he could do at the time. "Damnitt, Kalore... I'm sorry..."

Gambler looked at the door and went to go answer it. Her eyes lit up at the sight of Rave but she didn't smile because of the look he had. "What happened?" she asked, stepping aside for him to enter.

Biting his lip, Rave looked nervous for the first time as he sighed, "Kalore... I know where he is, but I can't get him out... He's under a contract that he didn't follow through with... I can't do anything at the moment..." Rave sighed, looking at Gambler. "Not without losing one of the best sources I have and Lord Kyin has. Kalore is fine... Eri won't hurt him, at least not intentionally. He won't like being there, but there's nothing we can do right now... Kyin's trying to find a loophole or something..." Eldin sighed, knowing that Kalore was stuck. A contract with elves was... it was important.

Frowning, the boss tilted her head to the side. "................." She walked away and started pacing, grumbling in her language so they didn't know that she was cursing everything cursable and some that weren't cursable. First off she wanted to find Kalore and punch him for agreeing to such a contract and well, she wanted to punch the guy for being the idiot to make Kalore sign it or something. Next she wanted to punch Monty for being a lousy guy and leaving when none of this would have happened to Kalore if he stayed to look out for them. If anyone else that needed to be punched she couldn't remember because it was ticking her off. This day couldn't have gotten any worse.

Sighing, Rave took her hand and sighed again, bringing it up to kiss it. "I knew about that contract... It was done a few centuries ago, so I thought that it would have been over by now... And I also know why he made it, Miss Gambler..." Eldin blinked, "With a contract... How long is he under it?" "Three more years." The boy nodded slowly, "I see..." He didn't like this, but he started thinking. Maybe there was a way around it... Eldin didn't like to see Gambler like this.

Gambler calmed down, but not by much. It was just enough to prevent her from going nuts. "You know, you should be a bomb expert. For a moment I thought I was going to explode but you got it just in time. Good job Rave. You earned two brownie points." She said flatly. "So what? We can't see Kalore for like three years? You know how long that's going to take? That's like....." She counted but stoppped. "That's like alot of months, weeks, days, hours, minutes and seconds. Did I miss any?" She asked and sighed.

Rave sighed, "I don't know, Gambler... I'm trying to think, and Kyin is trying to talk and work with Eri, but... Him and Kalore have a certain history. Eri's not going to let him walk easily. If we go after him and break that contract, Kyin loses the best resource he has. Eri is like Lech in a sense... Hated but needed..." Eldin thought about that, a plan forming, but he didn't know if it would make sense or not...
"Let me go!" Kalore was handcuffed to the table, stuck sitting on a bar stool. Eri just sighed and shook his head. As the elf played with the rim of his glass, he looked around the empty club. "You still owe me three years, Kalore..." "It was called off!" Eri smirked and shook his head, "No... It was temporarily paused. You still owe me three years. And if you don't remember, it had been over ten years since you went over the pause limit... so that adds five years to the time."
Kalore glared and cursed him in their natural language, but that just made the man laugh. "Play nice... No one likes a dirty mouth. Now, you're getting back to work tonight. Give me problems, I add another half a year. Try to run out, I cut out the ties with Lord Kyin and the capital." Kalore couldn't do anything but nod.

Gambler tilted her head to the side. "So you guys have a elf version of Lech? Ew....." She thought. "Just keep this Eri away from Monty if he's like Lech. Ew....." She thought again and hoped that this Eri guy was less like Lech other than not being liked but needed. "So....I guess I should sit down and wait three years. I'll be old by then Rave. You won't like me with grey hair and all rusty." she said and went to get a piece of apple to munch on.

At Monty's name, Eldin blinked and then grinned slightly, "Um... I may have an idea..." Rave blinked and looked at the boy, "Hm? You want to help him?" Eldin shrugged, "I don't see why people think I won't help him... We're on the same team, I just don't care if he dies in honorable battle. The things that have been happening... That's just not right." Rave had a small smile on his lips at that as he nodded, "Okay... what's your idea?" Taking in a breath, he spoke, "Have Monty go after him."

Thinking about it, that wasn't a bad idea only there was one flaw. "He's a demon Eldin. He might end up killing someone. No, he might end up killing two people. This Eri guy and Kalore. Eri for having a contract and being like Lech and Kalore for....I don't know but for something." She said and went to pace. "I think that might work though." She walked over to Eldin and kissed his cheek. "My little genius of the group. You get a raise for thinking so smartly." She winked. "There just needs to be some persuasion on how we get the demon to do this." She sat down and looked at the plate of fruit. "Want some fruit Rave?" She offered.

"Um... Well..." Rave shook his head as Eldin spoke, "Wait... Eldin, why did you think about that?" Gulping slightly, Eldin sighed and finished, "Well... If one of us got him... It would start a war... And well... Monty's probably the only one that could get through there without sustaining permanent damage... And if it was kind of a kidnap or something... It wouldn't be against the contract... Because we're not breaking it... And Eri can't call war against the demon..." He sighed and then nodded, "But... um... getting Monty to do that would be hard... But it would be the best choice..." Rave blinked and then thought about it. "That's actually probably the best. But, we need to think of something else... I don't think Monty will do this..." He then looked at Gambler, "Would he?"
