Just in case this news makes anyone here happy, I'm not going to Salem.
My underhanded family has taken away almost all my hope for getting into a transfer program now. My mom is stubbornly trying to help me apply last-minute to other schools with transfer programs, bless her heart. I don't know how enthusiastic I am after this blatant display of cruelty from the rest of my family. They could strike again even if I get into another college with another program. I hate rich people. Ugh.

I did it - I escaped!! I just got my stuff together and I left... to go to SLC to visit with friends and family. Boring drive, a couple of dead deer and rabbits, and it feels good to escape the heat and the boredom. Tomorrow I'm off to check out where my sister works - a copper mine. Oooh, big machines. And then I'm staging an attack on a factory in Logan that makes flavored honey. And I'll probably hit every Jamba Juice in sight. Yum!! I haven't decided yet whether to leave Tuesday, or Wednesday morning. Cause I work Wednesday afternoon... Oh well. 4laugh
