I never hated you, we just had a strong distaste for one another at first. When you came back, I think we both sorta took a step back and saw what each other was trying to say. We're close now, so that's all that matters.

Chocobo, Kenshin, and Topaz (I still talk to her on occasion) were for sure, pretty sure Tryan was too. Don't think Vondra was though.

As for a couple others who I care not to name (I'm sure you know, 'Bait), they're gone, probably never to return. Probably for the best.

Edit: Page 300, cool.

Maybe, maybe not. I remember the days way before when guilds were probably just being thought of by developers. All we had was one thread, and lots of conversations going on. Mostly good memories, but there were those who only left bad memories...
Yah. I recall a self-proclaimed Wiccan who tried to crash the party ... then got upset because we wanted to pray for him.
Lol. I guess that means that I should make a note of saying that I will pray for someone if I notice that the debate/argument becomes too heated. xd

But there's still a few of the old crew left. Chocobo was with us then, and ... weren't Lyme and Vondra part of that crew as well? Tryan and Kenshin and Topaz, too, I believe.

Conversations were usually casual, but it meant that when there was a new, more serious topic, everybody saw it.
No, I wasn't a part of the old crew. I came by after the guilds were around, though pre-subforum-guild-era. I also came by briefly when you were upset and stood on a soap box in a thread and spoke out against many of the people. I hung around a few other guilds and then I finally joined this one.

I feel the same way, it's hard to remember how it was at first. And you're right Xi, hate is a strong word, and your friendship is invaluable to me.

I'm sad. My neighbor won't answer her phone, I don't have a blender for the soup I'm making, and Walmart put me on hold... for almost 30 minutes. WHHHYYYY!?

Aw, that's no fun. What are you blending? Sometimes you can get some things chopped up without one.

Gah.. I ended up spending 43.17 on one. ><

But I guess on the bright side, I'll have an awesome blender/food processor for the rest of my life (hopefully).

I needed it to purree chunks of butternut squash for butternut squash soup. Before when I would make soup, I would just mince everything very fine, but that won't work too well with butternut squash - it's too solid. If I tried to do it without one, I'd basically have chunks of butternut squash sitting in vegetable broth, which isn't any fun.

But I'm excited. I was actually able to cut and peel my butternut squash without any struggle at all! One time, it took me and two other people to successfully cut one.

Ooh, that one is difficult. Sometimes if you boil first, potato mashers can work, but blenders work better!

That sounds delicious, btw, and that's exciting about the successful cut and peel job.

I've never tried butternut squash soup before. *Wonders how much of a depraved child she really is.* What does it taste like?

I know, right? I think me and my friends were trying to peel ours whole, when it's much easier to cut off the top and bottom, then slice it right down the fleshy center and peel the two halves. Also, we were trying to use a knife instead of a peeler, which is near impossible.

I've never had butternut squash in a soup before (I'll finish making mine when I have time), but I've had it baked on homemade pizza. It's sooo good. I think I would like it in anything. It's so sweet and wonderful.

I guess I will have to buy it sometime.
I'm currently working on college algebra. Which, I suppose, is easy for me. Brainy stuff is easier for me though the physical (dancing) is somewhat difficult for me to master. whee
What are your easiest and/or favorite subjects?

Math was usually easier for me, although I still run the risk of giving the occasional stupid answer. Usually do ok in history as well, which is what my minor is.

But I'm almost done anyway.
