Actually, If you think about Kotor, which is technically canon, Balista could be said to be the first jedi to utilize teh saberstaff...

Nelowulf Actually, If you think about Kotor, which is technically canon, Balista could be said to be the first jedi to utilize teh saberstaff... KotOR is C-Canon. Meaning the story is canon but elements such as Bastilla ahving a saberstaff isn't.

What, being a jedi with a saberstaff? Despite the fact that Balista did use one, and that all art and stories depicting her are indeed, with a saberstaff?

Well, I haven't played the game. Who's to say what the Jedi back then thought of it? By the end of the Old Republic, it was regarded as a Sith weapon.

In order:
1st post: Yeah. So what?
2nd: *looks* Again, so what?
3rd: You're in good company there, no need to point it out.
4th: You don't need to bump any thread here.
While you're free to complain about Star Wars in here, we'd prefer if you do it intellegently, without spam.

I asked at tf.n
Apparently Bastila was more of a rebellious Jedi herself, kinda like Qui-Gon and after her brush with Revan, she decided to use a dual-saber and sort of pioneered it for the Jedi.
