"masu" is about the only error I saw. I just started taking Japanese, so I'm not good at it either, but I know it's spelled that way in Romaji just because many people have the error of actually pronouncing the "u" sound. It's okay, though. I think pronounciation is better than spelling since you write in caligraphic form anyway...
But you probably know more Japanese than I do. I can only read Hiragana right now...and I can introduce myself. That's it. But I do have a lot of people around me taking Japanese and some who are fluent because they're bilingual...

Oh that's cool. I've been learning Japanese for almost a year now. But I've been teaching myself so I still suck >.<
I can read hiragana and katakana. I've just started to learn kanji, and it looks like it's gonna be a nightmare. gonk

lol I'm pretty bad when it comes to the original kanji,katakana, and hiragana. Give me something in romaji and I would pretty much be able to make out. Now that school is starting I guess less time to study my japanese which is such a downer sad

I self study Japanese too.
But now I'm all confuse cause I'm also studying french. So i mixed some of words in the sentences sometimes >3>

Wow, Treacle_Faerie, that's awesome you can read so much. Kanji is hard, but sometimes they put the furigana of the kanji (which is the hiragana pronounciation in case you didn't know what furigana was) above it...but I don't really know how that works. Perhaps I should ask my friend in Japanese III...
