Rei first punch connected with Hitomi's soft skin as he hit her in the chin. As soon as he was getting ready to attack again he begin being stabbed with hair. It was the Hari Jizo jutsu.

Hitomi jumped back as her hair began to unravel and soften. “I thought you promised not to harm my face?!” Hitomi said with a smirk as she rubbed her chin. “That means there’s a price to pay.” “If I can make this one hit. I got lucky the past two times.” She thought to herself; as her thought finished she made her third set of seals. “Suiryudan no Jutsu (Water Dragon Bullet Technique)” She said as she finished up the seal; then a water dragon rose from her hand and charged at Rei.

Suiton: Suiryudan no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique)
A powerful attack that creates a huge current of water, usually in the form of a dragon, sent towards the target.

Kei appeared in Mizu falls and heard a bunch of rucus going on he decided to go and follow the noise, it lead to a big fight between two grass ninja who he couldnt figure out but he was going to stay and watch it could get interesting.

(I couldnt take out for the posion cause you didnt pick one, and ummm i didnt get to finish my post cause I went to class)
Rei noticed the attack coming and quickly remembered the rock he spotted before. he quickly made the handseals for the replacement jutsu and dissappered behind Hitomi. When he landed he quickly began forming handseals for Douka Sabaku Kyu Jutsu(Assimilated The Coffin of Crushing Sand). It was one of his strongest jutsus. if this worked he would behind her with a fire jutsu and keep her locked in a prison of glass. As rei's handseals came to a end he smiled before saying. "i hope you like it dirty? Thats the only way I know how to play. Douka Sabaku Kyu no jutsu!"
DC:10+17+17+13= 57

Douka Sabaku Kyu (Assimilated The Coffin of Crushing Sand)
Just like Gaara's original jutsu of same name, but uses rock powder instead of sand.

Hitomi watched as the water dragon disincarnated a rock in place of Rei. “Then where did he…” Hitomi’s thoughts were interpreted by a voice behind her, her heart skipped as she quickly moved from the path of the Jutsu. “Sometimes. But as far as you know. No” She jumped back putting her closer to the hot spring “Lets try this again” Hitomi said as she made the set of hand seals from before “Suiryudan no Jutsu”

((Reflex is how you dodge jutsus a=unless otherwise stated and since its a 20 you autododge lucky b*****d and umm can you pick another posin...like one from kiri, thats currently the only kind we have damage for.))

(I am not even going to roll for the posion so I will do the damage later but I loss 5 on my dodge)
Rei stopped smiling as the posion began taking affect. His legs began to feel like jello and he began to breath a little heaiver. "Oh, you are good, lets make a little wager. If you win I will serve only you. If you lose, you let me pick the first mission?" Rei said as he saw her handseals and quickly began forming his own.

Hitomi looked at her bleeding arms as she thought about this wager, at this rate if this fight wasn’t finished soon she’d end up losing no matter what she did after this. “At this point things aren’t looking so good.” She said but as she thought more on the subject, if she did happen to win she would gain a benefit but if she didn’t she wouldn’t know what the first mission would be anyway. “I accept.” “Wait…did he figure out what this test was for?” she asked herself as she watched him block her jutsu. “Damn”.

((Add 64 to your hp...the fear is only on rolls not hp and use the Anbu paralyisis jutsu on me. He cant break it. then I have no choice but to surrender))
Rei began to cough as the posion began to pass through his entire body. It was began to affect his eyes. he couldnt react as well if he couldnt see. This was not going to be a good out come for him. "I guess I will allow you this attack. I am getting bored so please lets hurry this up." Rei said pretending nothing was wrong. It was the shinobi way.

(Thanks nightz i thought i would end up bleeding to death. and i subtracted -16 on the bleed becouse u said on damge rolls so i fugured bleeding was damage)
“If you insist” Hitomi said in a low voice but loud enough for Rei to hear. The truth was she wouldn’t be able to continue much longer either. “Hopefully this will be my last time having to do a jutsu” She said as she focused in on her opponent and made the necessary hand seals “Kanashibari no Jutus (Temporary Paralysis Technique)” she said as she finished the last seal.

((I have been under this before and there is no way I am getting out so. Winner is you))
Rei was about to attack when he was stopped in mid charge his arm frozen and his body not reacting. He was under the only common jutsu in every Anbu squad. "So it seems it was just as I thought, Anbu leader Hitomi of Squad 1 of Kusagakure. The demon in the brush as some refer to you. I guess I lost...Boss-Sensei. I am now at your side till I die." Rei said still struggling to hit her.
