Sol nearly jumped herself when she heard Sammy screech. She winced and turned to look at her friend. A kricketot. A bug, for Arceus's sake. She sighed; should have expected it. Sammy wasn't the first she had met with a fear of bugs- they'd have fun when they finally went through Eterna forest, without a doubt.
The trainer's eyes flickered to the shinx enviously- she still needed to catch one, she reminded herself, and began looking around. Orion, meanwhile, began heading to a park he saw a little ways away, where he could run around and get a bit of exercise. One little budew didn't count, after all. Sol quickly noticed him and began to follow- a park was a good a place as any to search.

The Kricketot, not being very strong, countered by... biding its time. Domino rolled his eyes, tackling the creature again. It ran off, knowing it was no match for the opposition. Sammy began walking back towards Sol after returning Domino.

Sol wandered into the park, Orion beginning to run around. After a few minutes, he got bored by himself and ran over to Squirt, poking him and scampering off on all fours- the sneaky little fire type. "Tag!" he laughed as he ran off.

Sol wandered through the grass, her mind gradually beginning to focus on another topic. She slowly came to a halt, her mind wandering to another topic against her will. She frowned slightly, trying to think of something else, but it was hard not to let your mind wander in such a peaceful environment.
Orion squeaked as a bubble burst against his tail, raining droplets over his flame. He looked behind him and then sped up, weaving back and forth. "Can't catch me!" he laughed.

As Kaya climbed to his feet, he carefully removed the Metal Coat from his bag and began piecing the parts onto Ikari. By the time he was finished, the Scyther looked like a regular samurai. "I see why they call it a coat, now..." he remarked jokingly as the Scyther examined himself in a nearby mirror.
He practiced using the Metal Coat armor by using Cut on empty air. Unfortunately, all the air wasn't empty. The very tip of one of his scythes bumped a vase off a nearby table. Kaya noticed and dived for it, just barely catching it. As he sighed, he felt something light slip out of the vase and fall into his hand. Setting the vase down, he tried to look like he was relieved as he tucked the newly found Dubious Disc into his bag. "Come on guys." he told his two bugs as he returned Spiro and Ikari to their respective Pokeballs. With that, he rushed from the center and blew out of town, heading toward Oreburgh.

"I should get some skates." he said, skidding to a stop. He looked around and saw a department looking store and walked in, looking around at all the stuff. "Ok... recreation department." He said looking at the signs. His pokemon followed close behind him and tried to avoid causing trouble. He looked around at the skates, finding some ATs ((omg anime crossover. Air Gear is heart )) "Hey! I've seen these before!" Ricardo said, grabbing the pair of red ones. He walked up to the check out and paid using his debt card that his parents put money into monthly. He quickly ran outside and put them on, putting his normal shoes into his bag. "You guys gotta go back into your pokeballs now." Ricard said, shooting the beams of light out of each of their pokeballs. He stood up and began moving forward slowly to get the hand of it. After practicing for a while and finally getting the hang of it. He started trying to do more complicated stuff like jumps and grinds and wall riding. He was pretty good at it, though he wouldn't be able to do any competitions.
