sweatdrop So it isn't just me, Lyra? I post, then about 10 minutes come back and hope no one has noticed that I didn't post in blue. Then I have to quickly edit it and pretend like nothing happened. But, I'm getting better! xd :

Posting in color comes with practice. I still forget, but that's mostly b/c I run the Dueling Club, and I have to post in a neutral color for that.
Recently I got one of those tektek tool bars though, that automatically format your posts. It's a godsend.

I forget the blue sometimes as well. Usually it's because I'm either in a hurry or I've just typed a very long post on something. The edit button is a wonderful thing...
Miss_fawcett, don't tell me you're already trying to set a first-year up? Really, "You'd have to ask Peeves." Willingly walking up to Peeves is never wise unless you are one of the Weasly twins, and even then there's a certain risk factor.

Okay, I have an idea that'll sort of pass the time in here and might even serve, in the future, some purpose.
What if we, Ravenclaw house, created a mule account? I'm not sure, but it may come in handy someday...and if not, it'll just be an interesting representative.
My idea: Design an avatar to be the Grey Lady. Yes, the ghost. You need to use all white/grey/silver, with as little of any other color as possible, and it should look slightly as though it belongs in that time/place. Use Tektek to make it.
Here's my idea:
You could probably beat it...I want to see what you all think.

After you finish the avatar, click "Save" (it's right underneath the avi). You'll be taken to a page where it shows the finished avatar, along with a code for it and a chart of the items and what they cost in Gaia. Copy the avatar code, come here, and paste it into a post.

Here's a better link to follow, perhaps. First, choose a base for the avatar (might want to immediately click on the tab that reads 'upper' toward the top of the screen and find a dress--avatar appears bare) then you can choose, from that same area, different hair, eyes, and mouths.
Clothing can be found grouped according to where it can be equipped along the top of the screen. It can be searched by name using the search box. Items can be found grouped according to color or where they came from (donation items, gift shop items, etc.) along the bottom of the screen. Explore a little; you should eventually figure some things out.

I really like that idea!! I like both of the avis proposed so far. I will make one too, if I can find any time sweatdrop . I might not be able to.
@Ari: No, it isn't just you. I usually submit my post and then realize when it takes you back to your post. Then I have to edit it and resubmit it. I'm so glad there's an edit button.
Edit: I just did it again. sweatdrop Right after writing about it. I feel brilliant. xd
