"Are you two joking?" Dante asked, setting some more buttons and switches, lowering the power of the inertial dampeners so that the front end of the ship felt more of a strain and, hopefully, levelled out.
"That explosion probably destroyed those engines completely. they overloaded, it isn't something you can just fix... this mynok aint leaving Kashyyk for a long time."

Triskal rolled her eyes at Kai, but grinned. She was about to go when Dante made his comment. "Hum. Well, that would be a complication."
She saw how Kai was struggling and went over to him, taking hold of the controls with him and pulling back with him. "Need a bit of help?" She asked.
"What are we gonna do, Dante? This thing crashes and we're toast!"

(...perhaps...)
There was a second explosion at the right of the ship as the vessel's wing came crashing into one of the mighty wroshyr trees. A smaller vessel would have been stopped by the tree but the fallen angel was moving too fast and it was too large to be stopped, it was simply forced to change its movement patteren, spinning un-controllably towards the ground, scarring the trees as it made its way into the dark lands.

WHen the second explosion hit and the ship began to spin, Triskal was thrown across the cabin. She crashed into the wall on the far side with a grunt.
"Geez," She rubbed the back of her head.

The ship's condition made it difficult to traverse the innards of the vessel. Cole went down the same elevator shaft he used before to get to the engine room, but a few levels before he got there he realized that it would be impossible to get through. The fires have spread and he was back to square one. He reversed the line on his grappling gun so that it's pulling him up but the second explosion knocked the hook loose. "This is getting better by the minute." Cole quipped as he fell straight down the elevator shaft, disappearing in the thick cloud of smoke and ashes.

The ship slammed hard into the darklands, breaking up almost all of the outer hull and oblittorating any chance of the shields and gun turrets coming back online.
All outer areas in the ship were destroyed as it spiralled across the ground and eventually stopped, hitting a huge tree.
The docking bay, the c**k pit, the elevators and the turret control areas were left shaken, but in tact. It was lucky that the turret controll and the cockpit were working on new designs that allowed the ships crew to view all with the aid of Video screens.
The Hangar, two, was uniquely designed, it's entrance was 30 meters long, putting the hangar in the exact centre of the ship.
Dante got gingerly to his feet and looked around. he could sense that the two in the room with him were fine, but beyond that... Dante grabbed the com button and began to speak. "This is Dante, is everyone ok? I repeat, is everyone ok?" he released the button and waited.

The ship was quiet after the crash, fire burned within it's belly and with most of the ship's systems disabled, it would only be a matter of time before the flames consumed the vessel and everything in it. A small air duct can be seen just a few feet above the tip of the inferno. The grill has been ripped off but the duct itself was still intact despite the impact. Cole lay in the cramped space, reaching slowly into his vest to grab his comlink and responded to Dante's call.
"Cole here. I'm alive.... able. Few bruises and scratches but I should be able to move around with little difficulty. According to the schematics in my datapad, I'm in section G21. Everything else below me is on fire and if we don't get out of this ship in less than 45 minutes, we'll be burned to a crisp along with the rest of this thing. Rendezvous in the hangar in half an hour, sir?" Cole said, the question at the end of his broadcast more rhetoric than inquisitive. "If the Reaper survived the impact, the repairs might be enough to get us out of this ship and far away from the crash site, but I doubt it will be able to get us anywhere further. How's everyone on the bridge?"
Cole began to inch towards the opening of the airduct, noting the heat that he can feel from the bottom of the ship. His movement on his left shoulder was somewhat limited, having jammed same shoulder he dislocated during the mission with Kai to Tatooine not too long ago. Upon reaching the elevator shaft, Cole eyed the nearest opening and aimed his grappling hook carefully. Once the line was fired and secured, he slowly crawled into position and allowed the line to retract, pulling him up towards the opening. Upon reaching his desired platform, Cole, covered in ashes and soot, slowly recovered to his feet and began to jog towards the hangar.

Crawling out through a narrow gap between console and floor, Higure groaned dramatically before forcing his legs underneath him and crossing them. He hurt in more places than he could name, his limited knowledge of the Human anatomy far from the level of a physician, and the warmth trickling down his neck suggested blood.
"Why'd you have to go and crash? Things were going so well, not a bruise on m'body and a couple of new friends on Naboo but y'go and ruin it all!" Joking, knowing that his brother could feel his amusement through their bond, the Jedi Knight rose slowly and dusted off his black robes before looking for Triskal. Reaching through the Force, extending his senses to feel the conciousness of the Padawan, Higure's eyes widened slightly in surprise. "Tell Cole not to leave the ship, lots of angry creatures around... lots and lots."

Dante frowned at his brother, even though it was a joke. And pressed the com button to make a little joke of his own. "We're fine up here, Nobody is dead yet, but Kai's current level of wit is keeping him teetered on the edge of oblivion with my light sabre slowly cutting the cliff out from underneeth him" he said, releasing the com and moving to the view screen. The Hangar appeared, it seemed that the Reaper was intact, the ships gravity kept it in place, it was fine. A second past and Kai made his revelation about the angry critters. Dante pressd the com with the force again. "Cole, Kai says to stay in the Fallen angel, there are some... lets just say the wildlife is not our friend."

"Understood." Cole replied, slowing down to a halt right before he responded the Dante's message using his comlink. He leaned on the wall to his right, panting as he begins to feel his legs getting heavier. Fatigue is finally creeping in, and not at the best possible time, either. "But my calculations stand. This ship will be consumed by the ingerno in less than 45 minutes, not to mention a possible explosion. We'll all need to evacuate soon and we still need to find someplace safe to rest."

She had already been on the ground when the ship crashed, but when it actually hit and brought itself to a stop, she had been tossed around until she fell against the wall, hitting her head.
She'd lost consciousness for a minute or two, she finally woke and sat up, rubbing the back of her head groggily. "Ouch.." She groaned. "That...was quite a ride." she looked around her for Dante and Kai, seeing them both standing, she nodded and pushed herself to her feet. She had to hold the wall, leaning against it, momentarily unsteadily before shaking her head and regaining her full health level.
"So now what, oh fearless leader?" She asked saluting Dante sarcastically and then nodding toward Kai that she was ok.
She listened to the message passed on to Cole, "Can't Kai use his trick with them like the cows back on the other planet?"

"I'm going to open the Hangar doors, the ships on its side so we should be able to pilot the Reaper out if you can get the sub-lights working, at least for a short time." he said, "We're ging to make our way out of the command emergency exit and meet you in the Hangar."
He released the com and pressed and emergency exit button, which opened a hatch on the floor, wide enough for them to walk in.
"No, Kai can't allways calm creatures once their enraged, and he definately cant do it from a distance, bit of a useless ability if you ask me..."

"Roger that." Cole replied, pocketing his comlink as he began to jog towards the hangar once again. Upon arrival, he labored across the large hangar, passed all the bodies of downed bounty hunters and fallen light fixtures to arrive at the Reaper. He made himself comfortable in the cockpit immediately and ran a diagnostics check on the ship. "Sub-lights seem to be operating at 74%, hyperdrive is at 02%, shields are at 37%, weapons are at 56%, and scanners are at 45%. The hyperdrive is all but gone, but we should have enough juice to get far away from the impending blast radius in no time. I'll scan the immediate area for a space with the least amount of wildlife and a big enough area to accomodate our landing as well as a small craft, hopefully I'll see you all soon. May the Force be with you." Cole said into the communicator as he began to toggle various switches on the command console."

Triskal pushed off the wall where she'd been leaning and rubbed her head again, wincing as her fingers grazed a bump that had formed.
"All right you two, play nice." She looked around. "Where exactly have we crashed?" She wanted to clear her confused mind, but if they were where she sensed they were, this was going to be an interesting pit stop...
