He smiled weakly as he walked to her. "Yes.." He sighed. "I'm going to be helding for Nimbus's soon..I've come to say good bye." he looked sadly to her. This was ovbiously was painful for the white lion to do. Stryker poked his head up above his fathers.

Adia's body seemed to change emotions from an fairly happy posture to a more solumn posture where she layed. "I see..." She replied to him her ears not perking as much as they usually would. She knew that this day was coming she just wished it didn't have to come so soon. Before she could speak again a little cub peaked over Aquos's head. Adia peered at the cub for a moment and then smiled. "It seems Aquos that you have a friend with you yes?"

"Yes..Adia, this is my son, Stryker." he said as the kit had gotten bored by this point as was now gnawing on his fathers ear, growling playfully. The solid teal cub was too busy getting his dad's attention to truely notice Adia.

Adia smiled at the sight of the cub. He was simply adorable. "He's very handsome Aquos."

Aquos smiled to Adia. "I thank you...I must be off to Nimbus's pride...It won't be untill next morning that I get there...I..I don't know what to say."he said looking to her,his ears fell to the ground.

Adia stood as Aquos proclaimed he had to go. Lightly she nuzzled his cheek. "This isn't a true good bye Aquos. We'll see each other again. I do plan to visit Nimbus from time to time after all. So I'll be seeing you again" She said with a sweet comforting smile to him. She was going to miss Aquos a lot but she knew that she could see him anytime she got some free moments. It wasn't like Nimbus's pride was that far away.

Aquos smiled weakly and nuzzled Adia back. "I will see you soon then." he said quietly to her. Stryker had tumbled off of Aquos and was running around his feet, full of energy. Aquos bent down and pick the cub up by putting his mouth over the cubs back and holding him gentle withhis jaw. Stryker wiggled and around and bite onto his dad's lip, think this was a game. Aquos simply smiled and looked to Adia one last time before trotting off to the boarders and away from his home. He'd miss everyone but this was for the best...At least that's what he kep telling himself as he disappered from view.

---Time Skip--- xXxSantos yawned, stepping out of the den just as the began to cast a reddish glow on everything. He stretched out his toes, extending his claws. Another day in Rose Petal, and another day to to watch his family grow. He looked up at the sky and almost groaned aloud. Clouds were coming in and fast. There was to be rain today. Probably the last rain until rainy season started again.Arsenic grinned at his father, having already been up for a while. He was sitting on a large rock just outside the den. ""About time you woke up you lazy king." He laughed quietly. "Gunna rain before sun high. Best patrol the borders while you still can, I'll wake Razi and Naida and we'll go hunting before the rain gets too bad." "Good idea..." Santos grumbled, too tired to think. "...Mmm.. Take Adieu with you as well, she'll get good kills quickly." He nodded. "Off with you." You yawned again and sat down to wait for some others to wake. Rain would keep most of them den-bound for the day.

xXxAdia awoke slowly not really in much of a hurry to get up. Glancing around her she noted all the still sleeping members and at the feel of something nudging her belly from the outside instead of the usual in she looked down to see Kian asleep on his side with all four of his legs pushing on her belly. The sight made her smile. Not wanting to wake her grandson Adia layed her head back down and peered out of the cave entrance taking in the sky and noted the clouds coming in. She wouldn't be surprised if those clouds held more than just rain but thunder and lightning as well.Atop the pride den Daveigh layed at the edge of the rock with Adieu sitting beside her. The pair had been up for a while themselves and when Santos came out of the den their attention was brought away from the clouds coming in and down to him. Daveigh payed much more attention to her father than Adieu did so when Santos requested Arsenic to take Adieu with him hunting Daveigh used her tail and nudged her daughter to bring her head out of the clouds. "Your grandfather wants you to go hunting with Uncle Arsenic, Naida and Uncle Razi."Adieu sighed as her mother told her what Santos wanted her to do. "Fine. I'll be back later then." Adieu replied before she stood up and leapt from the top of the den down to the rock platform in front of the entrance. Turning her gaze over to look at Santos she smiled even though her grin was not a happy one she did smile before she turned about and followed after Arsenic.

Poinsettia,who had been awake for a while, moved through the snorning bodies to Adia. She nuzzled Adia cheek lightly and whispered to her, seeing her newphe sleep."Morning Adia, you sleep well?" she smiled to her queen. The water adult's mane covered one of her eyes.

Adia looked up as she heard light foot steps and smiled when she saw Settia. Returning her nuzzle with a light purr Adia nodded. "As well as I can sleep nowadays dear. Did you have a nice sleep?" Adia asked in a whispered tone. She really didn't want to wake Kian with Daveigh not around. The little boy always loved to cry when his mother was missing when he woke up.

Floria had been in her adult hood for a while now but just hadn't had the whole heart to yet leave as she swore she would to her father. The rain would put a little damper on things, but she was confidant that after this was over Lancelot would take her into his life with open paws.
The night before she had spent up a rather large tree just on the outskirts of the pride with only her thoughts to accompany her. If it were a choice between her thoughts and her family, she'd choose her thoughts in a heartbeat. Waking up slowly she stretched and jumped down not-so-gracefully out of the tree and began walking towards the pride. She avoided glances from the other lions until she saw her father and stopped infront of him. Though she was mildly nervous she spoke strong and clear.
"Father..."
