Pretty much.
They were just going to do minor repairs, but once they started they were all "HOSHIT!" stare and said they'd be done around october. They started in... April?

know what thats like when i lived in ontario one place they took down a bridge to put a new one up an its still been 6 years

Well they kinda HAVE to get this one back up.
It's a main artery bridge. You have to go miles out of your way to get to the next bridge with everyone else.
Sherbrook bridge is also totally blocked off (I dunno how long it's been. I forgot about it until a few days ago) But it has a sister bridge (sherbrook = one way traffic, the other bridge has the opposite traffic) so that one's being shared right now. It was the opposite last year, so everyone's used to it.

Like when I went on a class trip to Banff. At Calgary everyone was taking pictures of the "Huge moutains eek "
Meanwhile, I was all "Dude, we'll be IN those mountains, save your film rolleyes "

Haha to the people who tried to quit - they walked extra because of their turning back, then being forced to go continue on. rofl
