 Mmkay, here are the terms and conditions of this co-owning agreement between myself (Celeanor) and my buddy (Winged_Dreams23.) Signature Rights:We both have sig candy rights. RP:Since Muriel has had some RP, I ask only that the personality established within those RP's is kept too, and that the mare does not deviate from it except in instances where the character goes through 'realistic' character growth or experiences some event that drastically changes her outlook on something. I.E. she is traumatized by some crazy kelpie and starts hating water. She also has an established relationship with the stallion Azumoth as her adopted father, this cannot be changed. Otherwise any future RP is to be done by Winged and any future character development is under her jurisdiction. Just no raging psychopaths from little miss bobeep please. XD Mating:Established RP is encouraged, but not required. Winged can do as she pleases since I trust her judgement and taste. Breeding:The first breeding (no matter the number of baskets) is under Winged's jurisdiction. I claim no rights to it and she can speak with the stallion's owner about the dispersal of baskets without contacting me. I do want too squeal loudly though. Allow me to squeal loudly with pride. XD The second breeding will be under my jurisdiction, and I will discuss with the stallion's owner about the dispersal of baskets. Winged can squal too though. <3 The third (if it happens) is again Winged's call along with the stallion's owner. All told, I wish for only one basket from Muriel and the understanding that the stallion's owner must be consulted about all discussions of basket dispersal. Conclusion:If agreed too, this agreement will take effect the moment Winged quotes this post and accepts the terms. She can put Muriel in her sig whenever she pleases after agreeing and I will make sure the names are changed.

Concerning Doctor Who ^-^~
I have offered Huroggmeten co-ownership of Doctor Who. She is allowed to place him in her sig but he will still reside in Rynth's Teepee. While I will be in charge of most RP's Huro is allowed to OOC RP as well as some official RP if she clears it with me first. Mate/Lifemating choices will reside only with me.
Breeding: I shall be in charge of breedings unless I already have two Soquili in a breeding raffle. At that time Huro may enter in The Doctor at my approval and in that case will recieve the resulting basket.

Co Ownership Rights for Kamiki and Kaioto_Katsuma for Kipenzi
Kaioto_Katsuma has RP rights, but major decisions such as breeding parter or lifemating or change of ownership must be agreed on by both parents.
Both have sig rights
A basket from Kipenzi's first breeding will result in a basket for Kaioto to do with as she wishes. The second basket will go to the owner of the other parent. If there are three baskets, an agreement will be made with all owners involved at the time.
A basket from Kipenzi's second breeding will result in a basket for Kamiki to do with as she wishes. The second basket will go to the owner of the other parent. If there are three baskets, an agreement will be made with all owners involved at the time.
A third breeding will be worked out between Kaioto and Kamiki if the time comes.
If either owner does not post on Gaia for a minimum of three months, and attempts to contact the other owner have failed, breeding and RP rights may be given solely to the remaining owner. Kamiki has the full right to rework the co-ownership at the return of the missing owner (regardless if the missing owner was herself, or the other party)

Co-Ownership Agreement for Marius
I, Raze, on 10/04/07 offered Kailey Koreco co-ownership of the stallion Marius.
Kailey Koreco has the following rights:
- Signature Rights (and all rights showing off Marius elsewhere.)
- The untagged image of Marius (which will be sent to her shortly) to make images with.
- A basket from one breeding.
- A say in who Marius breeds with, but not the final say.
Raze has the following rights:
- Signature Rights (and all righs showing off Marius elsewhere)
- The untagged image of Marius to make images with.
- A basket from the first and third breeding.
- All roleplay righs (IC and OC).
- Final say in who Marius breeds with, as all breeding rights belong to Raze.
Breeding Arrangements
•In the first breeding and there are (2) baskets, the mare's owner will take their pick and Raze will receive the second. It is up to Raze to co-own the basket with anyone she pleases (as long as the mare's owner agrees) or give it to anyone other than Kailey Koreco, or to Kailey Koreco.
•In the first breeding and there are (3) baskets, the mare's owner will take their pick, Raze will take hers, and if the mare's owner agrees Kailey Koreco will get the third basket.
• In the second breeding and there are (2) baskets, the mare's owner will take their pick and Kailey Koreco will get the second basket. It is Kailey Koreco's decision (with consent from the mare's owner and Raze) to co-own the basket to someone other than Raze or to Raze.
